Esperienza pessima! Bitest svolto da una "dott.ssa" assolutamente non professionale che si è messa a cercare su Google il motivo di un problema perché non sapeva darmi una risposta! Ecografia durata 5 minuti, svolta con estrema superficialità e maleducazione! Ecografia eseguita 30 minuti dopo l'appuntamento preso. Per la risposta del test combinato, sto sollecitando il centralino da giorni ma senza risultati. 170€ buttati! MAI PIU'!

Bad experience! Bitest played by an absolutely unprofessional "dott.ssa" who started searching on Google for the reason of a problem because she didn't know how to give me an answer! Ultrasound duration 5 minutes, carried out with extreme superficiality and rudeness! Ultrasound performed 30 minutes after the appointment. For the answer of the combined test, I have been soliciting the switchboard for days but without results. € 170 thrown away! NEVER AGAIN'!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza telefono e prendo appuntamento per un ecografia morfologica e qualche giorno prima dell' incontro mi chiamano e me la spostano di una settimana. Il giorno stabilito mi richiamano anticipando di tre ore l appuntamento. Mio marito stacca 3 ore prima da lavoro e mentre mi recavo a destinazione mezz' ora prima della visita mi chiamano disdicendo l appuntamento. Innervosita dal tutto arrivo comunque li e in tutte le sedi di Roma nn c era un ginecolo disposto a trovare uno spazio per l eco. Dopo mezz'ora d attesa esce una dottoressa disposta a farmela. E per concludere dopo quasi due ore ricevo il referto con una tale strafottenza e antipatia dal personale del centralino mai vista intuendo perfettamente che mi è stato dato il referto per ultima rispetto a tutti i pazienti che c erano dopo di me e questo forse per aver voluto la visita nel giorno prestabilito dopo tre volte che la rimandavano
Bad experience on the phone and I make an appointment for a morphological ultrasound and a few days before the meeting they call me and they move it for a week. On the appointed day, they call me back three hours earlier. My husband leaves 3 hours before work and on the way to my destination half an hour before the visit they call me canceling the appointment. Nervous from the whole arrival, however, there and in all the offices in Rome there was a gynecol willing to find a space for the echo. After half an hour of waiting, a doctor comes out willing to do it. And to conclude after almost two hours I receive the report with such arrogance and antipathy from the switchboard staff never seen, perfectly sensing that I was given the report last compared to all the patients who were after me and this perhaps for wanting the visit on the scheduled day after three times they postponed it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cortesia, disponibilità e competenza, aperti 7 giorni su 7 con medico e infermiera inappuntabili. Per la prima volta in vita mia non ho avuto problemi nel prelievo del sangue .. normalmente sono molto emotivo ma non me ne sono neanche accorto .. GRAZIE
Courtesy, availability and competence, open 7 days a week with impeccable doctor and nurse. For the first time in my life I have not had any problems in drawing blood .. normally I am very emotional but I have not even noticed it .. THANKS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco trasparenti. Al telefono alla richiesta info su un ecg mi dicono che il costo è di 40€ mentre al box accettazione e pagamenti mi dicono che il costo è di 50€.
