Fin dall'inizio ho notato molta competenza (sia Win che Apple), prezzi assolutamente moderati, tempestività e simpatica cortesia. Talvolta mi sono fatto anche collaudare articoli acquistati su InterNet. Quando ho avuto complessi problemi hardware con il Mac, M.D. COMPUTER si è anche avvalso della collaborazione di un laboratorio altamente specializzato. Più recentemente ho abbandonato il Mac e mi sono fatto assemblar un potente tower per montaggio cinematografico professionale, corredato di 6 Hard Disks. Nonostante io non ponessi limiti di spesa, M.D. COMPUTER mi ha sempre proposto soluzioni equilibrate tra prestazioni e costo; ha insistito per recuperare SK Video e altri componenti dal mio precedente computer. Da anni la macchina assemblata risulta completamente affidabile. Trovo da M.D. COMPUTER ogni consulenza software, e vedo molti altri clienti -anche esperti- che vi si rivolgono per spiegazioni e preventivi; incontrando sempre tanta pazienza e grande cortesia.
