L'ho lasciato a Vittorio e, dopo qualche ora, è riuscito a risolvermi il problema salvando anche tutti i documenti e i programmi importanti che avevo installato!!
Veramente un ottimo lavoro!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allora spiego spero in breve la mia situazione avevo un insoluto di una bolletta ho provato a chiamare il 130 mille volte alla fine sembrava che potessi parlare con qualcuno ma poi facevano i passaggi le passo la mia collega, questa era la risposta ma poi alla fine nn mi passavano nessuno cmq diciamo che con il 130 non ho risolto nulla ho chiamato per vari giorni anche dopo che ho pagato la bolletta ma nulla , poi per caso ho contattato questo store e devo dire che sono state fantastiche se non mi sbaglio si chiamano Chiara e Lorena , beh queste due ragazze veramente hanno fatto la differenza una disponibilità una gentilezza veramente, ve le consiglio vivamente mi hanno risolto il problema e sono sempre disponibili quando le chiami ce ne fossero come loro veramente, altro che 130 in conclusione ho cambiato gestore ma loro non le cambierei con nessuno operatore o nessuno call center , ripeto due ragazze fantastiche esistono ancora persone veramente belle affidatevi a loro ne vale la pena veramente , ripeto sono fantastiche .
