Ordered refrigerator arrived damaged both box and strongly the refrigerator and after 2 hours of procedure made written to the seller the specialists 007 no one contacted me or wrote I pointed out that it is urgent .. to have it back by Friday morning .. I am not satisfied with the service

Il Punto di ritiro pick&Pay nella persona di Fabrizio mi ha assistito con la massima professionalità, cortesia e dedizione al lavoro risolvendomi la pratica in pochi giorni. Si è preso a cuore la cosa come se fosse stata la sua. Non si trovano più persone così qualificate in giro. Grazie ancora di cuore Fabrizio.

I ordered a TV on Eprice but it came broken. The Pick & Pay pick-up point in the person of Fabrizio assisted me with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and dedication to work, solving the practice in a few days. He took it to heart as if it were his. There are no longer such qualified people around. Thanks again from the heart Fabrizio.
