Ho voluto aspettare qualche giorno per lasciare la recensione per testare bene il telefono.... È perfetto!!! Raffaela anche questa volta ti devo ringraziare....sei stata gentilissima in tutto....la riparazione è stata velocissima e sono soddisfatto dell'ottimo servizio ricevuto... consiglio a tutti!! I returned to this store after the wonderful experience I received with prink ... this time I took an oppo cell to repair ... I wanted to wait a few days to leave the review to test the phone well .... It's perfect!!! Avevo bisogno di riparare il mio telefono, Raffaela gentilissima e molto simpatica mi ha effettuato un check-up completo del telefono per rassicurarmi che non ci fosse altro di rotto...inoltre oltre a chiedermi un prezzo più basso rispetto ad un altro negozio, al ritiro mi ha proposto una garanzia contro i danni accidentali (che per motivi personali non ho accettato e spero di non pentirmene)e una splendida pellicola per proteggere il mio cellulare, non è la solita cinesata che al primo urto si crepa, al tatto sembra una morbida gomma.. è stupenda.. Oggi come oggi è difficile trovare in una persona cortesia, competenza e serietà in quello che si fa...non posso che ringraziarla ancora! Complimenti VERY POSITIVE experience. I needed to repair my phone, Raffaela very kind and very nice gave me a complete check-up of the phone to reassure me that nothing else was broken ... also in addition to asking me for a lower price than in another shop, at withdrawal offered me a guarantee against accidental damage (which for personal reasons I did not accept and I hope not to regret it) and a splendid film to protect my mobile phone, it is not the usual chinoiset that cracks at the first impact, to the touch it seems like a soft rubber .. it's wonderful .. A	Andrea Vettore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ altamente sconsigliato.. serieta' zero a cominciare dagli orari chiusura e apertura, ho aspettato un ora l'apertura mattutina ipotetica alle 9,30 e alle 10,30 era ancora chiuso. posso immaginare sulla qualita dell'assistenza.. Specificate se lavorate per hobby o per passatempo perche chi ha un'attivita' commerciale non fa come voi, e magari volete anche supporti economici dai governanti... Non siete seri.. highly discouraged .. zero seriousness starting from the closing and opening times, I waited an hour for the hypothetical morning opening at 9.30 and at 10.30 it was still closed. I can imagine on the quality of the assistance .. Specify if you work as a hobby or as a pastime because those who have a commercial activity are not like you, and maybe you also want financial support from the rulers ... You are not serious ..

Quando ho lasciato il telefono il vostro collaboratore è stato molto gentile e comprensivo nel venire incontro alle mie esigenze purtroppo quando sono andato a ritirare il telefono riparato era presente una collega. Al mio arrivo per il ritiro, sono stato accolto senza nemmeno un saluto, mi è stato detto di tutto e di più solo perché il suo collega era stato comprensivo nel venire incontro alla mie esigenze, che non erano andate molto a genio invece alla sua collega. Penso solo che mi basti dire che mi è stato detto letteralmente di non tornare mai più. Io non posso che ringraziare la vostra collaboratrice per il consiglio e posso garantirvi che per il trattamento ricevuto, di certo non sarei tornato ugualmente. Peccato per la pessima esperienza con la vostra dipendente poiché la riparazione è stata eseguita in tempi rapidissimi ed ad un ottimo prezzo comprensivo di un anno di garanzia. Spero prendiate provvedimenti in quanto personale con un comportamento simile, danneggia la vostra immagine. Bad experience because of your collaborator !!! A	Antonio Nigro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio discreto, ho portato a riparte un Oppo find X3 pro e purtroppo sono dovuto ritornare il giorno dopo la riparazione per ripetere una calibrazione che non funzionava sul sensore delle impronte, l addetto mi ha comunicato che per lui la calibrazione era stata eseguita ma il sensore comunque non funzionava, il tutto mi é costato un vetrino che ho tolto per vedere se il sensore funzionava o era un problema della pellicola, vetrino che naturalmente non mi é stato restituito e che é stato oggetto di critiche da parte dell' addetto. Consiglio più UMILTA perché a prescindere dalla situazione oggettiva sono comunque dovuto tornare a farmi sistemare un oggetto appena uscito dalla riparazione. Personale gentilissimo, il ragazzo che si è occupato del telefono è stato rapidissimo nell' ordinare la fotocamera e super disponibile per sostituirla in giornata. Ho portato proprio oggi (giovedì 27 gennaio) verso le ore 10.30 e alle 12 e 40 circa era già pronto. Sono molto soddisfatto del suo lavoro. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque ha bisogno di una riparazione?? I took my oppo find X 3 in repair, it had broken camera. Very kind staff, the guy who took care of the phone was very quick in ordering the camera and super helpful to replace it within the day. I brought it just today (Thursday 27 January) around 10.30 and at about 12.40 it was ready. I am very satisfied with his work. I highly recommend anyone in need of a repair??
