Tutte le estetiste sono brave ed io mi sono trovata molto bene con Valentina, appassionata del suo lavoro. Sara e Ilenia gestiscono molto bene il centro e sono sempre molto disponibili per fissare gli appuntamenti. Very kind staff, great prices, impeccable services. During my stay in Rome I was there for every need. All the beauticians are good and I found myself very well with Valentina, passionate about her job. Sara and Ilenia manage the center very well and are always very helpful in making appointments.

Sono riuscita a concordare un appuntamento per la fine di gennaio '19 , ma ho preso l'influenza e ho dovuto disdire. Ho cercato di prendere un altro appuntamento entro il 31 gennaio, perché dopo quella data l'abbonamento sarebbe stato definitivamente annullato: ogni data e orario da me proposti non andavano bene e alla fine non mi hanno neanche più risposto. Per quanto mi riguarda, hanno perso una cliente, ma a quanto pare a loro va bene così. Bad experience, they do not care about the customer. I have not been warned about the expiration of a laser hair removal package. I managed to arrange an appointment by the end of January 19, but I took the flu and had to cancel. I tried to make another appointment by January 31, because after that date the subscription would have been permanently canceled: every date and time proposed by me did not go well and in the end they did not even answer me anymore. As far as I'm concerned, they lost a client, but apparently they're fine with that.
F	Fabiana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro estetico multifunzione. Sono cliente ormai da anni e mi trovo bene. Molto convenienti gli abbonamenti. Spesso ci sono delle promozioni ancora più vantaggiose. Le operatrici sono sempre gentili. Ovviamente alcune più brave di altre ma questo è anche una considerazione personale. Aperto anche la domenica che è sicuramente un valore aggiunto. Giudizio complessivo ottimo! Multifunction beauty center. I have been a customer for years now and I am happy with it. Subscriptions are very convenient. Often there are even more advantageous promotions. The operators are always kind. Obviously some are better than others but this is also a personal consideration. Also open on Sundays which is certainly an added value. Great overall rating!

Ma il semipermanente lascia desiderare; pagato 28 euro durato neanche 7 giorni, non è stato sigillato in punta quindi si è subito rovinato, il colore ha perso di luciditá subito e le pellicine sono state strappate quindi il giorno dopo erano lì più che mai . Non è mio solito lasciare recensioni , peró neanche ho voglia di buttare i soldi . Magari siete qualificati al massimo per altro ma il semipermanente mi ha lasciato completamente insoddisfatta.( ps Non diró il nome di chi me l’ha fatto ) . Nothing to complain about with the friendliness and education of the place, the girls are all extremely kind. But the semi-permanent leaves something to be desired; paid 28 euros and lasted even 7 days, it was not sealed at the tip so it was immediately ruined, the color immediately lost its shine and the cuticles were torn so the next day they were there more than ever. I don't usually leave reviews, but I don't want to waste my money either. Maybe you are qualified to the maximum for something else but the semi-permanent left me completely unsatisfied. (Ps I will not tell the name of whoever did it to me).
