★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata per prenotare dei cicli di terapie prescritte dalla vostra competente fisiatra. Peccato che la competenza non sia il forte di una delle vostre addette che era in accettazione. La signora mi ha accolto visibilmente irritata dimostrando la scarsa disponibilità nei miei confronti come se fossi stata una scolaretta,trattandomi con una supponenza e un'arroganza che non dovrebbe appartenere ad una persona addetta al pubblico. Non è venuta incontro a quelle erano le mie esigenze di orario compatibili con il centro. Superfluo dire che mi rivolgerò altrove con personale più professionale. Accoglienza decisamente pessima!
I went to book the cycles of therapies prescribed by your competent physiatrist. Too bad that the competence is not the strength of one of your employees who was in acceptance. The lady welcomed me visibly irritated demonstrating the lack of availability towards me as if I had been a schoolgirl, treating me with an arrogance and arrogance that should not belong to a person assigned to the public. It did not meet those were my timetable needs compatible with the center. Needless to say, I will go elsewhere with more professional staff. Definitely bad reception!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto pulito e con parcheggio disponibile. Questo per le due stelle. Per il resto non va proprio. Dovevo fare dieci sedute di fisioterapie al polso. Mi hanno detto che dovevo fare anche sedute di magnetoterapia, che ho rifiutato perché non prescritte. Da quel momento tutto è diventato difficile. Due visite mediche, impossibile prenotare in anticipo gli appuntamenti perché pianificano ogni settimana. Alla terza volta che andavo lì senza risultato ho deciso di andare altrove.
Clean place and with parking available. This for the two stars. For the rest it just doesn't work. I had to do ten sessions of physiotherapy on the wrist. They told me that I also had to do magnetotherapy sessions, which I refused because they were not prescribed. From that moment everything became difficult. Two medical visits, impossible to book appointments in advance because they schedule every week. On the third time I went there to no avail I decided to go elsewhere.

Gestione del centro pessima, nonostante alcuni dipendenti siano veramente bravi.
Segreteria (in particolar modo un plauso ad Antonella) veramente gentile e disponibile nonostante le mie mille noie con l'assicurazione sanitaria, dottoressa Calabrese gentilissima professionale.
Alcuni fisioterapisti veramente bravi (anche se i veramente bravi sono andati via) altri invece sprecano metà del tempo al telefonino durante la terapia.
Ho fatto presso il centro due cicli di fisioterapia, sono passata sotto le mani di ben 5 fisioterapisti differenti ricominciando ogni volta la terapia, cosa che non ha giovato per niente al mio status di salute. (ma giustamente queste sono le scelte SANE della direzione).
Per concludere, ottima struttura, buon personale (eccetto certi non del tutto professionali) gestione della struttura veramente pessima.

Management of the bad center, although some employees are really good.
Secretary (especially a praise to Antonella) really kind and helpful despite my many problems with health insurance, Dr. Calabrese very kind professional.
Some really good physiotherapists (even if the really good ones have gone away) others instead waste half of their cell phone time during therapy.
I did two physiotherapy cycles at the center, I passed under the hands of as many as 5 different physiotherapists, starting each time the therapy, which did not benefit my health status at all. (but rightly these are the HEALTH choices of the management).
To conclude, excellent structure, good staff (except for some not entirely professional) really bad management of the structure.

Facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi e ci sono parecchi parcheggi (a pagamento) vicinissimi
EXCELLENT, agreement with SSN and with many insurance companies, trained and helpful staff, sometimes I had the need to change days and times and I always found maximum availability to find a solution!
Easily accessible by public transport and there are several parking lots (for a fee) very close

Caratterizzato da molteplici locali nuovi e spazi ampi dove poter effettuare tutti i trattamenti del caso, macchinari ottimi e all'avanguardia, non trascurabile la grande attenzione alla pulizia, cosa che in questo periodo storico ci posiziona in condizioni di maggiore sicurezza e serenità.
Personale attento alle necessità e professionale.

Non solo ho ricevuto un trattamento adeguato ma mi hanno fornito anche ottime spiegazioni per ulteriori approfondimenti. Forse curerei poco poco di piu' piccoli dettagli della sala, che comunque e' continuamente pulita e sanificata, ma sono dettagli.
I found myself very well: I found the staff very knowledgeable and friendly. My problem was quite complex. Not only did I receive adequate treatment but they also provided me with excellent explanations for further study. Perhaps I would take care of a little more small details of the room, which is still continuously cleaned and sanitized, but they are details.
