As soon as I have completed several payments I will change the bank, if you need something you call the phone no one ever answers, you are the worst !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo questa recensione per rendere atto del fatto che, dopo un inizio di rapporto disastroso, questa filiale ha fatto enormi passi avanti nel rapporto con i clienti: tramite l'app mi è possibile contattare facilmente il mio consulente, che è sempre estremamente disponibile sia a chiarimenti per telefono che a prendere appuntamenti per pratiche più complesse. Data anche la buona offerta di prodotti e servizi, mi hanno convinto a non cambiare banca.
I am writing this review to acknowledge the fact that, after a disastrous start to the relationship, this branch has made enormous progress in its relationship with customers: through the app it is possible to easily contact my consultant, who is always extremely helpful both at clarifications by telephone and to make appointments for more complex practices. Also given the good offer of products and services, they convinced me not to change banks.

Vado qui l'anno scorso, prima del lockdown perché ero interessata in una surroga. Dalle simulazioni online, questa banca mi era uscita per prima come miglior tasso. Prima che attirassi l'attenzione di qualcuno, ce ne é voluto. Quando finalmente una signorina é venuta, abbastanza stizzita giá di suo, é peggiorata come ho nominato la parola "surroga", ribadendo piú volte che le simulazioni non sono dati ufficiali e come se si discostassero completamente dai tassi reali. So che le simulazioni non vanno prese al centesimo, ma questi siti avranno pur preso da qualche parte i tassi delle varie banche, non credo se li siano inventati di sana pianta! Fatto sta che, giusto per togliermi di mezzo, si é presa il mio numero garantendomi peró che la tefefonata loro non sarebbe arrivata a breve (insomma, sembrava che stessi elemosinando qualcosa). Inutile dire che non mi é mai arrivata la telefonata. Inutile dire che neanche entreró mai piú in questa banca. Pessimo metodo. Questi ancora non hanno capito che se un cliente viene colpito dalla gentilezza, magari non ottiene il servizio che stava cercando ma magari fai da loro qualcos'altro proprio perché la gentilezza e cortesia aprono altre porte!!

I went here last year, before the lockdown because I was interested in a subrogation. From online simulations, this bank came out first as the best rate. Before I got anyone's attention, it took a while. When finally a young lady came, quite angry already, she got worse as I mentioned the word "surrogate", reiterating several times that the simulations are not official data and as if they completely deviate from the real rates. I know that simulations are not to be taken at the penny, but these sites will have taken the rates of the various banks from somewhere, I do not think they have invented them from scratch! The fact is that, just to get me out of the way, she took my number, guaranteeing me that the phone call would not arrive soon (in short, it seemed that I was begging for something). Needless to say, I never received the call. Needless to say, I will never enter this bank again. Bad method. They still haven't understood that if a customer is struck by kindness, maybe he doesn't get the service he was looking for but maybe you can do something else with them precisely because kindness and courtesy open other doors !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ purtroppo, spesso e volentieri, non è possibile effettuare prelievi al bancomat ... anche oggi sulla schermata video leggo "prelievo non disponibile". questi disservizi iniziano ad essere un problema. non so cosa ci sia dietro, forse una questione di "interessi" da far maturare a spese del cliente che rimane in attesa, ma non si può andare avanti in questo modo! anche tutto il tempo perso per questi viaggi a vuoto, chi me lo ridà? anche oggi ho dovuto mangiare con l'imbuto per poi ritrovarmi senza i miei soldi in tasca! spero che si faccia chiarezza e che questo problema venga risolto al più presto!
