Allora dopo più di un mese (09 marzo) hanno svincolato dei soldi che erano stati investiti, mi sono recato in questa banca (01 aprile), previo appuntamento, per essere liquidato e la signorina allo sportello prima mi ha chiesto se volevo un assegno circolare poi ha optato per un bonifico bancario. Sono rimasto un po’ basito poi ho dato il consenso per il bonifico dato che l’operatrice mi aveva assicurato che nel giro di 1 o 2 giorni (anche se eccessivi) sarebbero stati accreditati sul mio conto. Ebbene sono passati 6 giorni, escluso sabato e domenica e dei soldi sul mio conto non c’è traccia. Che dire, le banche sono padroni dei nostri soldi ma questa banca ha esagerato. It is not my bank (thankfully) but I have been dealing with a succession of a checking account. Then after more than a month (09 March) they released some money that had been invested, I went to this bank (01 April), by appointment, to be liquidated and the young lady at the counter first asked me if I wanted a cashier's check then he opted for a bank transfer. I was a bit thrilled then I gave the consent for the transfer as the operator assured me that within 1 or 2 days (even if excessive) they would be credited to my account. Well, 6 days have passed, excluding Saturday and Sunday, and there is no trace of the money in my account. What can I say, the banks are masters of our money but this bank has exaggerated.
