★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo fare una prestazione alle 7.15 del mattino e sono stata accolta in modo piuttosto brusco. Non ero pronta di prima mattina a quest'accoglienza, me ne sono andata, la farò da un'altra parte.
 I was supposed to do a performance at 7.15am and was greeted rather abruptly. I was not ready early in the morning for this welcome, I left, I will do it somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probabilmente la politica aziendale in merito ai tamponi è improvvisamente cambiata, quando da un giorno all'altro i medici decidono di infilarti il tampone fino al cervello, con evidente sadismo ed immotivata aggressività. Bambini che piangono disperati per il dolore, fuoriuscita di sangue dal naso provocata a me e a mia suocera, toni saccenti e polemici se viene fatta notare l'eccessiva pressione applicata. Una vergogna, da denuncia.
Probably the company policy regarding tampons has suddenly changed, when from one day to the next the doctors decide to put the tampon up to the brain, with evident sadism and unmotivated aggression. Children crying in despair from pain, nosebleeds caused to me and my mother-in-law, pedantic and polemical tones if the excessive pressure applied is pointed out. A shame, a complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sbagliano la gestione della fila in attesa saltando alcuni numeri e il mio era uno di quelli naturalmente.Ero numero 2 dei prelievi oggi 29 Novembre 2021 ore 7:10 allorché chiamano erroneamente direttamente il numero 3 per fare entrare e ricevere clienti costringendoti a stare con il fucile spianato per non essere saltato e dimenticato a causa dei miei problemi nello stare in piedi a lungo.Hanno detto che è stato sbaglio del computer e comunque non si scusano minimamente del contrattempo... Tutto normale..A patto che non capiti a dei loro parenti naturalmente...Te non conti nulla....Neanche i tuoi soldi sono importanti...Solo carta straccia.Tanto non vanno in tasca a loro.
They mistake the management of the waiting line by skipping some numbers and mine was one of those of course.I was number 2 of the withdrawals today 29 November 2021 at 7:10 am when they mistakenly call the number 3 directly to let in and receive customers forcing you to stay with the shotgun leveled so as not to be jumped and forgotten because of my problems in standing for a long time.They said it was a mistake with the computer and in any case they do not apologize in the slightest for the mishap ... their relatives of course ... You don't count for anything .... Your money isn't important either ... Just waste paper.

Sono cliente da anni nella sede di via Da Cherso nella zona Fonte Meravigliosa. In tanti anni non ho mai avuto alcun problema. Cortesia, precisione, apparentemente potrebbe sembrare che alcune prestazioni siano un po' care, ma in realtà sono sempre in linea con le tariffe di mercato.
Attualmente con le restrizioni sanitarie conseguenza dell'emergenza in corso è necessario compilare un modulo di autenticazione prima di accedere ai locali e non è consentito sottoporsi ad una visita accompagnati da un congiunto.
Direi globalmente una buona struttura che oltretutto rende un grande servizio al quartiere.

I have been a customer for years in the Via Da Cherso office in the Fonte Meravigliosa area. In many years I have never had any problems. Courtesy, accuracy, apparently it might seem that some services are a bit expensive, but in reality they are always in line with market rates.
Currently with the health restrictions resulting from the ongoing emergency it is necessary to fill in an authentication form before entering the premises and it is not allowed to undergo a visit accompanied by a relative.
Overall, I would say a good structure which also makes a great service to the neighborhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non trovo le parole per esprimere la gratitudine nei confronti dello staff di questo laboratorio.
Mi sono trovata a gestire una situazione estremamente difficile e non so come avrei fatto senza di loro. Disponibili a qualsiasi orario del giorno e della notte, hanno lavorato facendo straordinari incredibili e tutto questo in un momento davvero ingestibile per l’improvviso aumento dei casi. Un grazie speciale alla dottoressa Latella, a Michele e Catia per la loro estrema professionalità ed efficienza!!!
I can't find the words to express my gratitude towards the staff of this laboratory.
I found myself dealing with an extremely difficult situation and I don't know how I would have done without them. Available at any time of day or night, they worked amazing overtime and all this in a truly unmanageable moment due to the sudden increase in cases. A special thanks to Dr. Latella, Michele and Catia for their extreme professionalism and efficiency !!!

Sono stato qua più volte.
Il 24 dicembre 2021 mi sono presentato nel tentativo di effettuare un tampone molecolare (disponibile solo su prenotazione, ma non avevo prenotato) nel giro di pochi minuti sono riusciti a mettermi nelle condizioni di effettuare il test nonostante il caos del periodo natalizio e la psicosi da tampone generale che aveva creato panico un po dappertutto.
Excellent diagnostic center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La segreteria è un po' sgarbata ..due volte mi è capitato che rispondevano male ..forse nervose per questo trambusto per il covid ? Voglio giustificarle in questo senso ma boh... ieri dovevo ritirare un referto visto che mi ero dimenticata password sono dovuta andare in sede (Garbatella )sono entrata perché non c'erano i numeretti fuori mi ha aggredito ,poi volevo spiegazioni, volevo vedere se era giusta la mia email non mi ha dato modo subito messo in mano referto e mi ha salutata senza nessuna spiegazione....devo dire che poi ho avuto chiarimenti con la dottoressa Latella e tutto si è risorto a lieto fine .naturalmente sarò loro paziente .
The answering machine is a bit rude .. twice it happened to me that they answered badly .. maybe nervous about this fuss about the covid? I want to justify them in this sense but boh ... yesterday I had to collect a report since I had forgotten my password I had to go to the office (Garbatella) I went in because there were no numbers outside attacked me, then I wanted explanations, I wanted to see if it was right my email did not give me a way to immediately put the report in my hand and greeted me without any explanation ....
