★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei tanti centri medico-diagnostici della zona. Da rivedere completamente il raporto con la clientela. L'accoglienza è poco cordiale, a volte brusca, agli sportelli alcune operatrici sono superficiali e imprecise. Al telefono è peggio c'è sempre da attendere molto poi risponde una voce scortese, gelida e frettolosa che in pochi secondi si toglie dal disturbo e conclude la chiamata. Per fortuna c'è una minoranza che lavora bene e che si rende conto che da un centro medico ci si aspetta precisione, garbo e dedizione. Da evitare i prelievi, si attende fuori al freddo in fila, una fila che scorre lentamente. Tralascio ogni altro commento sul centro prelievi. Attenzione! Per gli accertamenti diagnostici, se si prenota in convenzione con il S.S.N., si deve attendere molto tempo per un appuntamento (anche 2 mesi) ma se si decide di accedere privatamente...si spalancano le porte. Evito accuratamente di aggiungere altro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un mio amico che doveva fare un'importantissima TAC già prenotata in questo "centro medico" dopo ore di attesa e digiuno viene a sapere che il centro non dispone degli apparecchi necessati a tale controllo. Quanta poca professionalità. Da evitare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente da evitare questo studio! Senza Professionalità e completamente superficiali:
Dovevo far un'importante tac aortica, prenotata mandando la richiesta del mio dottore di famiglia (dove c'è tutta la descrizione). Il personale medico, oltre a far ritardo per la visita, mi dice che per il tipo di tac aortica che dovevo fare loro NON dispongono del macchinario idoneo, sottolineando come loro avessero detto al personale dell'accettazione di non prendere in carico esami diagnostici come il mio.
Lascio a voi immaginare, dopo 6h ore di digiuno, 2h senza bere e tutto il carico emotivo che tale esame si porta con se, quale sia potuta essere la mia reazione al diniego della prestazione sanitaria.
Da evitare come la peste questo posto, per la assoluta superficialità dello staff!

I had to do an important aortic CT scan, booked by sending the request from my family doctor (where there is all the description). The medical staff, in addition to being late for the visit, tells me that for the type of aortic scan that I had to do they DO NOT have the appropriate machinery, underlining how they had told the reception staff not to take diagnostic tests such as my.
I leave it to you to imagine, after 6 hours of fasting, 2 hours without drinking and all the emotional load that this test brings with it, what my reaction to the denial of health care may have been.
To avoid like the plague this place, for the absolute superficiality of the staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono anni che mi rivolgo a questo centro per ecografie e ginecologia e mi sono SEMPRE trovata bene ma le ultime due esperienze mi hanno veramente deluso.
Ho prenotato un elettrocardiogramma a pagamento ed ho preso appuntamento di sera perché ho problemi a lavoro. Mi cominciano a chiamare alle due di pomeriggio per anticipare l'appuntamento. Gli dico che non è possibile farlo e mi dicono di arrivare il prima possibile perché la dottoressa doveva andare via. Arrivo di corsa, pago, mi fanno salire. La dottoressa già con la porta aperta mi dice di sdraiarmi sul lettino senza togliere il maglione "così non perdiamo tempo tre minuti ero fuori e mi viene detto che avevo il battito accelerato. E lo credo. Assurdo.
Il secondo episodio è avvenuto per la depilazione laser dove ti tolgono cinquanta euro per quella che dovrebbe essere una prima consulenza (GIUSTAMENTE!)peccato però che sono entrata e il dottore mi ha detto queste testuali parole "buongiorno, le dico subito la depilazione non è definitiva, il costo è... Se decide di farlo chiama e prende appuntamento. Arrivederci.". Questa non mi sembra una consulenza ma solo informazioni che avrebbero potuto darmi per telefono senza chiedere soldi. Poca professionalità.
Dispiace perché funzionava benissimo... È cambiato tutto da un paio d'anni a questa parte.
I have been going to this center for ultrasound and gynecology for years and I have ALWAYS been happy but the last two experiences have really disappointed me.
I booked a paid electrocardiogram and made an appointment in the evening because I have problems at work. They begin to call me at two in the afternoon to anticipate the appointment. I tell them that it is not possible to do this and they tell me to arrive as soon as possible because the doctor had to leave. I come running, I pay, they make me get on. The doctor already with the door open tells me to lie down on the bed without taking off the sweater "so we don't waste time three minutes I was out and I am told that my heart rate increased. And I believe it. Absurd.
The second episode took place for laser hair removal where they take away fifty euros for what should be a first consultation (RIGHTLY!) But it is a pity that I went in and the doctor told me these exact words "hello, I'll tell you immediately the hair removal is not final, the cost is ... If you decide to do so, call and make an appointment. Goodbye. ". This does not seem like advice to me but only information that they could have given me over the phone without asking for money. Little professionalism.
Sorry because it worked great ... Everything has changed for a couple of years now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato un appuntamento dal cardiologo e prima sono stata trattata malissimo alla reception e poi ho fatto la visita che mi è sembrata molto frettolosa e poco professionale.
Il medico mi ha misurato la pressione sopra il maglione, mai visto una cosa del genere. Non mi ha fatto nessuna domanda riguardo il motivo della visita, non ha raccolto l'anamnesi, mi ha prescritto una medicina senza spiegare perche. Inoltre ha definito il mio modo di misurare la pressione (3 volte al giorno) "assurdo", anche se è stato prescritto da un suo collega cardiologo.
I booked an appointment with the cardiologist and first I was treated very badly at the reception and then I had the examination which seemed very rushed and unprofessional.
The doctor measured my pressure over my sweater, never seen such a thing. He did not ask me any questions about the reason for the visit, he did not collect the medical history, he prescribed me a medicine without explaining why. He also called my way of measuring blood pressure (3 times a day) "absurd", even though it was prescribed by a fellow cardiologist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina mi sono recata presso il centro per fare delle analisi di routine. Mi ero rivolta a loro in precedenza per effettuare una ecografia di controllo e già la volta scorsa avevo fatto caso che non c'era nessuno a controllare almeno la temperatura o cmq regolamentare l'entrata visto il momento e visto che si tratta di un centro medico. Ma la cosa che mi ha spinta a scrivere la recensione è stata la maleducazione di una operatrice a seguito di una richiesta di un signore anziano e poi la mia per sapere come uscire dal parcheggio. È uscita dal box,tirandosi giù la mascherina, dicendomi che era indicata la P di parcheggio ed il dispositivo dove ha sbattuto il biglietto per la convalida. Vorrei spiegare alla Signora che una semplice P non è sufficientemente chiara nel spiegare cosa si debba fare. Forse sarebbe più utile mettere un bel cartello con tutte le indicazioni sia nel parcheggio che all'interno del centro così da non disturbare le ragazze al desk e magari una persona che dia solo informazioni. Quando si entra in questi centri non è tutto così scontato, forse lo è per chi lavora.

But the thing that prompted me to write the review was the rudeness of an operator following a request from an elderly man and then mine to know how to get out of the parking lot. She left the garage, pulling down her mask, telling me that the parking P and the device where she slammed the ticket for validation were indicated. I would like to explain to the Lady that a simple P is not clear enough in explaining what needs to be done. Perhaps it would be more useful to put a nice sign with all the indications both in the parking lot and inside the center so as not to disturb the girls at the desk and perhaps a person who only gives information. When you enter these centers it is not all so obvious, perhaps it is for those who work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentilissima chi mi ha risposto al telefono lo scorso sabato 7 maggio, per accettare un prelievo particolare per mia figlia 18enne. Ma strepitose Giusy e Martina, infermiere della sala prelievi! Dalla nascita mia figlia, ogni volta che deve subire un prelievo, viene torturata perché purtroppo non ha vene "facili". E sabato ha divuto fare ben 3 prelievi... Cosa dire? Presa la vena al primo colpo, ogni volta! Grazie... Raccomandatissimo per professionalità, cortesia e pulizia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to go back the next day because they didn't read the instructions from medics correctly. I even asked about the item they forgot and they didn't catch their mistake. My medical check is necessary for work and I had to cancel plans for next day to facilitate correction of their mistake. Very bad service unfortunately... Not even an apology from the staff.
