Ho mandato mail per informazioni e non ho ottenuto risposta. Pessimo centro. Bad experience. I will never go. L	Lisa Iacolare on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo centro ci vado molto spesso per fare i prelievi, ho le vene poco marcate e in altri posti ospedali compresi il prelievo me lo fanno sulla mano causandomi un ematoma enorme, nel centro u.s.i. a marconi c'e' una dottoressa bravissima che in un secondo mi fa il prelievo, incredibilmente brava. A volte preferisco pagare qualcosa in piu ed evitarmi il calvario. Ce ne fossero di piu di professionisti cosi. Lei era la più pronta e professionale di tutti. Il resto del personale molto confuso e pochissimo coordinamento tra il personale di accettazione al desk ed il tecnico delle risonanze magnetiche. Al tecnico non risultava la prenotazione di mia madre perché sulla sua lista avevano sbagliato a scrivere il cognome e nonostante tra l'operatrice che aveva preso il nostro appuntamento ed il tecnico ci fossero pochi metri di distanza nessuno dei due si è alzato o avvicinato all'altro per risolvere il problema. Sono dovuta andare io a fare da ponte tra i due ad un certo punto, vendendo che la situazione non si sbloccava e finalmente l'altra collega al desk mi ha aiutata ed abbiamo risolto il problema di comunicazione tra i due. Mia madre è una persona anziana molto pudica ed il tecnico non ha fatto molto per farla sentire a suo agio. Il CD che danno per le immagini utilizza un programma obsoleto per la visualizzazione dei referti. Mentre il sito internet da dove scaricarli è molto più efficiente.
