★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Enjoy Bistro is THE BEST place to go for fresh pasta and a true Italian food experience. The owner and his brother run this cozy place and will even cook special dishes for you on request. The spaghetti Bolognese I had was the best I have ever tasted and my wife TRUDI enjoyed the comprehensive salad. She asked the day before for Sea bream and it was cooked perfectly in a lemon sauce with grilled vegetables to die for. What is refreshing about this place is that there is no cover charge - at other places it can be two euros per head Dash and that the glasses of wine are generous and the spirits and mixers relatively cheap with huge measures. We cannot recommend this place highly enough. We tried a couple of other places and felt ripped off with average food.
But the enjoy Bistro Gives fantastic food at a great price. Much of the crockery used to serve the meals is made by the owners sister.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorrento is full of restaurants with amazing food where to eat. People are genuine here, they care about the tourists and they treat them very well.
I also like their typical porcelains and craft products made with their tasty citrus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman in charge of the WC is rude and possibly off her medication. She was annoyed when I paid to use the bathroom. She was huffing and puffing. I told her she was being rude and then she opened the door to escort me out, in between her “fuck you” I managed to tell her to get a new job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorrento is a town overlooking the Bay of Naples in Southern Italy. It is a short journey from Naples, just over an hour. It is a popular tourist destination with beautiful colourful buildings and a great ambience. The gorgeous buildings are on the cliff overlooking the ocean with far reaching views.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people working in the station especially in the ticket store not only unfriendly they also seem to hate people that are not italian.
After taking the bikes in the train to Sorento they wouldnt let us take them back. Also they pointed out that i am not italian so i can not speak with him.
This is not how you treat people.

Great restaurants and food. Try the off main street restaurants also. Better value. Had a seafood fest throughout our visit.
Use Sorrento lift to get to and from the marina. €1 per person each way.
Taxis can try it on with meter running before you get in.
Use iAmmeiA / Grays for tours. EXCELLENT. Marco very very helpful. Located in the main square SW corner.
Ferrys to Naples, Capri, Positano, etc from the marina. Use official ticket office and not more prominent Lux Travel.
Berths are continuously changing. ie Not all Naples ferrys go from the same berth. Ensure you ask the ticket seller what the departure berth is and keep an eye on whether passengers are gathering or not. They also change planned departure berths. An electronic display wouldn't go astray.
Overall a destination that is easy to recommend
