Castel Winkel (ted.: Schloss Winkel[1]) è un castello rinascimentale che si trova a Maia Alta, frazione del comune di Merano (BZ). In estate fa da sfondo e scenografia per spettacoli teatrali. Di fronte al castello sono presenti costruzioni di servizio anch'esse ormai abbandonate. Sogno un restauro che lo riporti agli antichi splendori.
Enchanting and romantic place now in a state of neglect and decay. Castel Winkel (German: Schloss Winkel [1]) is a Renaissance castle located in Maia Alta, part of the municipality of Merano (BZ). In the summer it is the backdrop and setting for theatrical performances. In front of the castle there are service buildings which are also now abandoned. I dream of a restoration that will bring it back to its former glory.
