★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costruito tra il XV ed il XVI secolo, comprende una torre quadrata già esistente, in origine provvista di ponte levatoio e fossato, alla quale furono accostate altre costruzioni in epoca rinascimentale tali da conferire l' aspetto di dimora palazziata.
La parte più antica è costituita da due stanze con volte a crociera e finestroni con cornici in carparo decorate con stemmi e tralci di vite.
Sull' angolo sud occidentale del cornicione si erge la statua in carparo di Sant' Irene che sovrasta lo stemma dei Dell' Antoglietta, signori del feudo, e domina la piazza.
Dopo più di un secolo di abbandono, nei primi anni del Novecento venne acquistato dalla famiglia Tamborino Frisari di Maglie, ed i locali utilizzati come stabilimento vinicolo e deposito al piano terra, come abitazione del fattore dell' azienda agricola al piano superiore.
Negli anni settanta l' ala occidentale del piano superiore è stata utilizzata come sede municipale, per poi cadere nell' abbandono definitivo.
È in attesa di essere recuperato dal nuovo proprietario.
Built between the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries, it includes an already existing square tower, originally provided with a drawbridge and a moat, to which other buildings were added during the Renaissance period to give the appearance of a palatial dwelling.
The oldest part consists of two rooms with cross vaults and large windows with carparo cornices decorated with coats of arms and vine shoots.
On the south-western corner of the cornice stands the statue of Sant 'Irene carparo that dominates the arms of the Dell' Antoglietta, lords of the fiefdom, and dominates the square.
After more than a century of neglect, in the early twentieth century it was bought by the Tamborino Frisari di Maglie family, and the premises used as a wine factory and store on the ground floor, as a dwelling of the farmer on the upper floor.
In the seventies the western wing of the upper floor was used as a municipal seat, and then fell into the final abandonment.
It is waiting to be recovered by the new owner.
