Nel Centro Medico Sant'Anna ho trovato, per fortuna, personale competente e preparato in grado di darmi risposte in tempi brevi. A mio parere per il servizio e in generale questa struttura si merita sicuramente le 5 stelle. F	Franco Di Vincenzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto modo di apprezzare cortesia,disponibilità, competenza in più occasioni, (un paio di anni fa anche per il mio padre di 97 anni) , dal frontoffice , dal percorso di prevenzione oncologica, in fase di diagnostica e nel mio caso specifico che si è concluso da poco con un intervento chirurgico leggero ma dagli esiti efficaci; molto professionale,scrupoloso e gentile il medico operante. Grazie a tutto lo staff! I was able to appreciate courtesy, availability, competence on several occasions (a couple of years ago also for my 97-year-old father), from the front office, from the oncological prevention path, in the diagnostic phase and in my specific case that it has recently concluded with a light surgery but with effective results; very professional, scrupulous and kind the operating doctor. Non solo la procedura di prenotazione è stata molto veloce con tempi di risposta molto rapidi ma, l'aspetto più importante, in fase di accertamento diagnostico ho riscontato la massima professionalità e attenzione ben oltre le più rosee aspettative. Il Dott. Anton Wieser ha messo al servizio di una "semplice" ecografia tutta la sua pluriennale esperienza. L'Amministrazione e il "servizio di sportello" hanno poi completato l'ottima esperienza fatta. Quindi complimenti a tutti e grazie ancora. Personale efficiente, medici competenti e cortesi, ambiente pulito. Gli esiti degli esami di laboratorio erano disponibili già in serata per la visita conclusiva della gentilissima dott.ssa Fioretti. Grazie ancora! D	Diego Fabris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho dovuto seguire nel fine vita mio padre che "defenestrato" con urgenza dal reparto medicina dell'ospedale di Bolzano, è stato ricoverato per presunta riabilitazione presto il vostro centro. Entrato in sufficienti condizioni su una sedia a rotelle, il decorso clinico (con alcuna traccia di riabilitazione a me nota), l'ha condannato dopo poco ad un ricovero di emergenza presso l'ospedale di Merano. Poi li il destino ha fatto il suo corso... La struttura storica non permette una normale deambulazione di un malato in carrozzina nemmeno sul corridoio, dove è necessario chiudere le porte di accesso alle stanze facendo slalom tra altri ingombri presenti. Le vie di "fuga" (per gli aspetti antincendio) appaiono criticamente occupate, mentre l'accesso al "montacarichi" (leggasi ascensore) è sicuramente più idoneo al trasporto di derrate alimentari piuttosto che malati in carrozzina. Questo per la parte strutturale (magari storica con vincoli architettonici), il peggio (per la mia esperienza) è stato l'insufficiente contatto umano con il corpo medico e l'insensibilità di alcuni medici infastiditi perfino dal mio interessamento sulle condizioni cliniche dell'ospite. Della mia esperienza, salvo solo il personale OSS presente. Spero mai di dover soggiornare nella vostra struttura.
