★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È stato costruito tra il 1709 e il 1712 su iniziativa di Nicolò Sergio Muscettola.
Addossato al lato nord della Chiesa della Madonna dei Martiri, ha forma quadrata e si sviluppa su due piani che racchiudono un chiostro con robusti pilastri collegati da archi a tutto sesto e pozzo centrale.
Un pregevole affresco che rappresenta l'Ultima Cena, dipinto nel 1727 da Giuseppe Domenico Bianchi, impreziosisce una parete della sala un tempo adibita a refettorio.
La struttura, di proprietà comunale, ospita diverse attività istituzionali: una sala multimediale polivalente nell'ex refettorio; la biblioteca comunale con sale di lettura; il museo archeologico con sale espositive di reperti rinvenuti nel territorio costiero, soprattutto ceramiche greche e italiote, ma anche statue, terrecotte, ornamenti.
Alcune camere del primo piano, costituite dalle originarie celle dei frati, sono state predisposte per l'utilizzo come foresteria.

Leaning against the north side of the Church of the Madonna dei Martiri, it has a square shape and is spread over two floors that enclose a cloister with sturdy pillars connected by round arches and a central well.
A valuable fresco representing the Last Supper, painted in 1727 by Giuseppe Domenico Bianchi, embellishes a wall of the room once used as a refectory.
The structure, owned by the municipality, hosts various institutional activities: a multipurpose multimedia room in the former refectory; the municipal library with reading rooms; the archaeological museum with exhibition rooms of artifacts found in the coastal area, especially Greek and Italian ceramics, but also statues, terracotta, ornaments.
Some rooms on the first floor, consisting of the original cells of the friars, have been prepared for use as a guesthouse.
