★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi fa sorridere il fatto che quando le recensioni sono positive lei scrive "i vostri commenti aiutano a migliorarci", quando c'è un cliente (anche uno soltanto) che le fa notare che è un peccato fare due gelati (per due bimbi di 3 e 4 anni) per poi gettarne più della metà si invita elegantemente ad andare altrove. Fare gelati giusto per venderli è una cosa, andare incontro alle esigenze della clientela utilizzando la diligenza del buon padre di famiglia è un'altra. Non sono per lo spreco, tutto qui. Avrei preferito pagarne uno in più e, affidandomi al suo buon senso, lei lo avrebbe offerto ad un bimbo meno fortunato. Ma mi rendo conto che persone così sono molto rare.
P.s.: Ogni tanto esca dal suo bar e dia un'occhiata al modus operandi delle altre attività.
