San Marco Deluxe Canal View

Reservamos este apartamento para ir cuando empezó la pandemia (febrero 2020) y nos emitieron un bono por no poder ir. Intentamos ir en septiembre 2020 y, por la pandemia de nuevo, tampoco pudimos ir. Nos dieron de plazo un año y a pesar de agotar el plazo e ir en noviembre de 2021, no nos pusieron ningún problema. Creemos que su gestión fue muy buena y que se portaron muy bien con nosotros. El apartamento está muy bien, con camas cómodas, bonitas vistas y muy céntrico. El único problema es que las escaleras son un poco empinadas, en caso de que alguien tuviese problemas para desplazarse .

Unos auténticos caraduras! Reservamos para pasar fin del año con unos amigos y nos ocurrió lo siguiente: 1. Nos hicieron pagar con un link fuera de Booking.com 2. Su política de cancelación es inexistente y fuera de lo normal, pasándose la ley por encima 3. Nos dijeron que podíamos cambiar las fechas y no nos dejaron. 4. 2 personas del grupo tuvieron que hacer cuarentena y nos pidieron sus certificados para intentar devolvernos algo de dinero(ilegal y luego ni nos devolvieron nada). 5. Alegan que las reviews son falsas y las tiran de Google y de booking. 6. El apartamento no tenía nada, estaba todo sucio y en muy mal estado. Adjunto una captura de pantalla de la reserva para que luego no la tiren abajo. 7. La localización es muy buena Evitad este sitio por favor

Crumbling disgusting apartment & rude managing agency I’ve booked this apartment for myself and a group of friends to spend NYE holidays and it turned to be an absolute nightmare: - before paying ( they send you a link to pay outside booking platform which is agreed by booking with no option to get your money refunded) I’ve asked whether we could have move our stay in case of any issue with covid or travel restrictions and they answer was YES ( I have a screenshot of their message). Unfortunately 2 of our friends contracted covid just before Christmas and they were isolating and other 2 ( myself and partner) could not go as we had some travel restrictions living in the Uk. I have phoned them immediately before Christmas to ask the favour to move the stay to any other weekend of their choice, explaining the situation, and the answer was a big NO. They would have done it only in case the total group of 8 was tested positive and would have showed a positive test to them ( breaking any privacy/GDPR rules) which was never mentioned before. We then asked at least if the 2 people who were self isolating ( we sent them documents from the Italian health system proving their positivity and isolation period) could have been reimbursed, at least part of the stay and the answer was a straight no, worst customer service and rudeness ever experience. - The 4 people who ended up going found themselves in an horrendous situation: a totally crumbling apartment, literally falling into pieces. The all apartment was dirty, dust everywhere with dirty sheets ( blood stains), hair in the sink and bathtub, the air-fan was covered in dust and mould. The kitchen wasn’t equipped at all. The worst situation you can find yourself especially during this difficult time with the pandemic where hygiene should be top priority. - My friend put a review on Google and they replied saying they could not recognise his name and reservation ( they had his details from the online check in I made). They have lied again! - As Italian myself I have never seen or experienced something like this, so I deeply suggest not to book this property, Venice is such an amazing place full of kind people, this property do not deserve any other booking! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!

This place charged my credit card and refused to refund the total amount of my booking even though is was cancelled within the free cancellation rules and time frame. They offered a voucher valid for one year, but tourism in Italy was not possible. When I asked for an extension to the voucher, they didn't reply back. Beware. Replying to your response: no mistake, I have the booking and the emails exchanged. Same place.
