L	Ludovic Betti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai séjourné trois nuits dans ce B&B et je vous le recommande sans hésiter !! • Les "+": - Emplacement en top (3' du Rialto, 10' de la place St Marc) - La literie est excellente - La propreté - Présence d'un mini bar • Les "-": - La salle de bain est très très très petite (configuration des lieux) - Insonorisation pas top mais rien de rédibitoire - Prix du minibar I stayed three nights at this B&B and I recommend it without hesitation !! • The "+": - Top location (3 'from Rialto, 10' from St Mark's Square) - The bedding is excellent - The cleanliness - Presence of a mini bar • The "-": - The bathroom is very very very small (layout of the premises) - Soundproofing not great but nothing redundant - Price of the minibar

No esperaba mucho h quede sorprendido. Fácil check in y check out. Te permite dejar tus pertenencias luego del check out para poder disfrutar y recorrer más las calles y los canales de la bella venezia. Si vienen con equipaje y se les dificulta llegar al hotel caminando pueden tomarse el vaporetto hasta la parada rialto, de ahí, son pocos pasos. Todo muy limpio. Además en la habitación hay pava eléctrica y máquina de cafe con cápsulas. Que te las dejan si las usas! Volveré si volveré a venezia definitivamente. Recomendable. Good quality/price hotel, excellent location. The person in charge super friendly and willing to give information and resolve. Reserve by booking. I didn't expect much and was surprised. Easy check in and check out. It allows you to leave your belongings after check out to be able to enjoy and explore more the streets and canals of beautiful venezia. If you come with luggage and it is difficult for you to reach the hotel on foot, you can take the vaporetto to the rialto stop, from there, it is a few steps. Everything very clean. Also in the room there is an electric kettle and a coffee machine with capsules. They leave them to you if you use them! I will come back if I go back to venezia definitely. Recommendable.
N	Nicole Barbieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ B&b a due passi dal ponte Rialto, posizione centrale, personale gentile e disponibile, camera e bagni piccoli, pulizia che lascia un pò a desiderare (macchina del caffè impolverata, bagno non pulitissimo), la porta della doccia non si chiudeva perfettamente, colazione non presente a causa del Covid (a disposizione solo cialde di caffè e bustine di the), il gestore potrebbe pensare a delle confezioni singole per ovviare al problema. Prezzo adeguato alle dimensioni della camera (non si può considerare una king superior). B & b a stone's throw from the Rialto bridge, central location, friendly and helpful staff, small rooms and bathrooms, cleanliness that leaves something to be desired (dusty coffee machine, bathroom not very clean), the shower door did not close perfectly, breakfast was not present due to Covid (only coffee pods and tea bags available), the manager could think of single packs to remedy the problem. Price adequate for the size of the room (cannot be considered a king superior).
M	Michela Sorato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pur avendo trascorso solo una notte in questa struttura non posso che tesserne le lodi, trattandosi di un B&B bello, pulito e ben curato, oltre che funzionale. Le camere sono ampie e spaziose, tanto che definirle camere è riduttivo, fornite di tutti i comfort necessari a mettere gli ospiti a proprio agio ed a renderli pienamente autonomi. E' collocato in una posizione strategica , a pochi passi dal Ponte di Rialto e a 10 minuti da Piazza San Marco, col valore aggiunto fornito dal proprietario che è una persona molto disponibile, oltre che simpaticissimo. Di sicuro ci ritorneremo la prossima volta che andremo a Venezia, lo consigliamo a tutti. Despite having spent only one night in this structure, I can only praise it, as it is a beautiful, clean and well-kept B&B, as well as functional. The rooms are large and spacious, so much so that defining them as rooms is an understatement, equipped with all the necessary comforts to put guests at ease and to make them fully autonomous. It is located in a strategic position, a few steps from the Rialto Bridge and 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco, with the added value provided by the owner who is a very helpful and very nice person. For sure we will return next time we go to Venice, we recommend it to everyone.

Everything is extremely clean, good quality of floor, bathroom's materials, lining and towels are new and fresh. Good combination quality/price. Strongly recommended!!
