★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel with a lot of attention to detail. Everything was new and well maintained. Staff were helpful and kind and air conditioning worked great. Well worth the price especially considering it's a hotel in Venice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you book here, dont expect to get a refund if things go wrong with Covid19. Other hotels have refunded payments even with non cancellable bookings but this hotel refuses too and only cares about its bottom pocket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the overall B&B but our experience wasn't ideal as we arrived later in the morning and we were gone the next morning before breakfast even started. It would have been nice if we could have received a banana or yogurt or granola before our early departure, but we survived. FYI, the kitchen is off limits outside of breakfast hours so you can't use it to cook for yourself. Our bathroom/toilet/WC was separate from our room, which we knew about in advance but we wouldn't go this route in the future (you can book rooms here that have the bathroom/toilet/WC attached). The A/C worked really well and our room was nice and cold all night, which is definitely underrated after walking around all day in the heat! I would give this place another shot, but that's unlikely as I don't think I'll visit Venice again for quite some time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is exceptional, so quiet but central at the same time! The bed's mattress was the best and the whole space is modern and super clean. Iole was so kind and helpful keen on providing more than you may need! Wish I could come back sometime!
