Tempi intervento buoni visto problemi dei fornitori che forniscono ricambi. Nel giro di una giornata sono venuti prima a visionare il danno poi dopo aver trovato il danno hanno immediatamente mandato un preventivo. Tempo materiale di trovare il pezzo e la sera stessa sono venuti a cambiarlo. Tecnico qualificatissimo di poche parole ma disponibile e alla mano. I called about the freezer break. The employee kindly answered me and quickly sent me a technician, Matteo, to see what it was. Within a day they first came to inspect the damage then after finding the damage they immediately sent a quote. Material time to find the piece and that same evening they came to change it. Highly qualified technician of few words but helpful and easy-going.

(almeno per me è così !!) Bravi e grazie??
