Passed by today coming specially from Milan for a replacement, but the lady at the intercom very rudely did not open to me telling me that they only dealt with certain brands without seeing what I needed since what I am looking for is mounted on one of their products.
Not really professional behavior, really a disappointment after all the way ... just to be ashamed
