★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca attenzione al cliente e poca trasparenza. Gli elettrodomestici sono anche buoni, ma l'esperienza con lo staff molto negativa. Innanzitutto, nonostante avessimo specificato che volevamo il montaggio degli elettrodomestici, abbiamo scoperto solo dopo l'ordine che era da pagare a parte (80 euro al pezzo per neanche un'ora di lavoro). La prima fattura emessa era sbagliata. Alcuni membri del personale erano scortesi. Un altro, dopo aver promesso di richiamarci, non l'ha più fatto. Gli elettrodomestici sono stati montati da personale esterno poco attento ai dettagli (forno leggermente storto, lavastoviglie montata senza alzare i piedini e per cui non funzionale; alla richiesta di spiegazioni ci è stato risposto seraficamente che non era compito loro, e che sarebbero venuti a sistemare ciò che non andava...tre settimane più tardi); innumerevoli disguidi e ritardi nel fissare il giorno del montaggio. Insoddisfacente.

First of all, despite having specified that we wanted the assembly of the appliances, we only discovered after the order that it had to be paid separately (80 euros per piece for not even an hour of work). The first invoice issued was wrong. Some of the staff were rude. Another, after promising to call us back, never did. The appliances were assembled by external personnel who did not pay attention to detail (oven slightly crooked, dishwasher mounted without raising the feet and therefore not functional; at the request for explanations we were told seraphically that it was not their job, and that they would come to fix what was wrong ... three weeks later); countless mistakes and delays in fixing the day of assembly. Unsatisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato un tavolo su misura, sono stati puntuali ad avvisarmi quando era pronto, sono andata a ritirarlo con mia auto, ma non ci stava nel bagagliaio, un signore addetto alla ricezione ha fatto un sacco di obiezioni per consegnarlo loro, alla fine ci siamo accordati per il costo del trasporto, sono arrivati due addetti e lo hanno portato in casa senza problemi, mentre invece il suddetto signore aveva detto che dovevo chiedere aiuto a un vicino per scaricarlo dal camion. Diciamo che il personale del magazzino non è coordinato con gli operai e non sa nulla di come avviene la consegna. Comunque il tavolo è ben fatto e corrisponde alle mie aspettative!
I ordered a made-to-measure table, they were punctual to notify me when it was ready, I went to pick it up with my car, but it didn't fit in the trunk, a gentleman in charge of reception made a lot of objections to deliver it to them, in the end we are there agreed for the cost of transport, two employees arrived and took him home without problems, while the aforementioned gentleman had said that I had to ask a neighbor for help to unload him from the truck. Let's say that the warehouse staff is not coordinated with the workers and knows nothing about how the delivery takes place. However the table is well done and corresponds to my expectations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ordine e stato effettuato ad ottobre 2017,nonostante lanno e mezzo di chiusura dovuta alla pandemia, Il lotto complessivo di articoli ad oggi risulta usurato ed in condizioni inutilizzabili al pubblico.
Fossi stata consapevole realmente della qualita, mi sarei affidata ad un'altro fornitore, sconsigliato.
