★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato da loro un forno pizza GGF micro40v. Arrivato velocemente il pacco che è stato ritirato con riserva controllo merce integra. All'apertura c'era la pietra refrattaria rotta. Ho segnalato immediatamente il problema al rivenditore che però si rifiuta di fornirmi una pietra sostitutiva (mi hanno chiesto 30 euro per la sostituzione). Mi sono anche offerto di andare direttamente dal produttore a ritirarla ma non ci sentono.
Mi dicono che dovevo accettare il pacco con riserva specifica ad esempio cartone rotto bagnato ecc. (quindi dichiarare il falso).
Acquisto sempre in Internet ma è la prima volta che mi capita una situazione del genere. Allucinante!!!
I ordered a GGF micro40v pizza oven from them. The parcel arrived quickly and was collected with the intact goods check. At the opening there was the broken refractory stone. I immediately reported the problem to the retailer who refused to provide me with a replacement stone (they asked me for 30 euros for the replacement). I also offered to go directly to the producer to pick it up but they can't hear us.
They tell me that I had to accept the package with a specific reservation, such as wet broken cardboard, etc. (then declare false).
I always buy on the Internet but it is the first time that such a situation occurs to me. Going Home !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto deluso da quest'azienda! Prima dell'aquisto massima disponibilitá e premura, dopo attese lunghe, assistenza praticamente nulla, prodotti che non rispecchiano le caratteristiche! Dal momento che ho comprato attrezzatura per pizzeria spendendo piu di 10 mila € (pagati tutti, senza alcuna dilazione poichè non ne fanno) mi aspettavo un po piu di serietá

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato non aver letto le recensioni prima di effettuare un acquisto. Ordinò e pago immediatamente tramite bonifico un armadio frigo del valore di più di 1200€ + 80 € di spedizione consegna in 15 giorni lavorativi.
Il prodotto arriva dopo più di un mese firmo con riserva apro il pacco è mi trovo l'armadio frigo ammaccato su un fianco e piegato sull'altro lato all'altezza del motore, immediatamente faccio le foto e le giro alla frecciainox tramite mail specificando che il frigo mi serviva con urgenza è arrivato parecchio in ritardo e oltretutto danneggiato. Si son rifiutati di riconoscermi il danno dicendomi che non dovevo ritirarlo, peccato che la scatola non risultasse danneggiata e quindi non potevo valutare il danno senza prima aprirlo ricordandogli che ho firmato con riserva e non vedo dove sia il problema a riconoscermi il danno è poi starà a loro rivalersi sul trasportatore . Aquisto sovente su internet sia attrezzatura professionale x il mio lavoro sia hobbistica.mi e successo altre volte (molto raramente ma può succedere) che mi arrivasse il materiale danneggiato ma non ho mai avuto problemi con i rispettivi post vendita. Non acquisterò mai più niente dalla frecciainox

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCONSIGLIATO! Oltre il danno anche la beffa! Perché non riesco a caricare le foto qui dell'opera di"Arte di questi signori....... Perdite di olio da più punti dai tubi della cappa. La loro risoluzione del problema 1kg di silicone e vogliono essere pagati! Risultato ci hanno fatto causa perché la perdita e finita nel bagno di quello accanto con relativo verbale della ASL. COMPLIMENTI DEI VERI PROFESSIONISTI! Senza contare che ti piombano nel ristorante senza appuntamento e con i clienti presenti per fare discussione. Ma per favore mai più! Gli ho dato bei soldi e anche l'abbattitore non funzionava e la macchina del sottovuoto venduta difettosa. Ma i soldi erano buoni!

Intanto non eravamo ancora in agosto, e poi posso capire tutto ma un mancato preventivo direi che non si può comunque accettare! Potevate Intanto farvi sentire per spiegare la motivazione, e poi mandarmelo appena finito il mese delle "chiusure " ma ciò non è mai avvenuto.

Ho provato a chiamare più volte ma la segreteria dice solo che gli uffici sono chiusi senza indicare orari o giorni di riapertura. sono disposto a cambiare la valutazione della recensione qualora venissi ricontattato per la riparazione.
