★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had bad check-in service where we were promised that our bags would be delivered to our room. Instead, they were held in the lobby for almost 9 hours with us just grabbing them again. Breakfast was okay, bathroom semi-small, mattress was half hard/soft, could have been better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed our stay and liked the location and the breakfast. Seemed better then what was out there. Staff in the reception are approachable and kind even though we sometimes asked way too many questions, particularly the lady that works during the day. The ladies serving breakfast were lovely too. All in all a good stay, no complaints.
