★ ★ ★ ★ ★ selber machen in der Küche, Milch und Saft im Kühlschrank und Teebeutel. Es gab kein Brot, Aufschnitt bestand aus Käseecken im Kühlschrank und das wars. Das Bett war hart und bei JEDER einzelnen Bewegung hat es laut geknartscht. Das Bad ist ein GEMEINSCHAFTSBAD, die zweiten Gäste haben scheinbar nie eine Klospühlung gesehen und es war überall staubig. Das einzig gute am ganzen bed & breakfast war die zentrale Lage, der gebe ich einen großen Pluspunkt. Sorry, aber durch Kleinigkeiten, wie ölen des Bettes oder einem sauberen Bad mit Hinweis auf GEMEINSCHAFTSBAD
 do it yourself in the kitchen, milk and juice in the fridge and tea bags. There was no bread, cold cuts consisted of cheese in the fridge and that was it. The bed was hard and with every single movement it was cracked loud. The bathroom is a COMMON BATH, the second guests have apparently never seen a Klospühlung and it was dusty everywhere. The only good thing about the whole bed & breakfast was the central location, which I give a big plus. Sorry, but by trifles, such as oiling the bed or a clean bathroom with reference to COMMUNITY BATH

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegamos a Venecia, nos recibe un hombre en la calle, rápido, ni un saludo, poco descortés, nos quiere cobrar sin ver la habitación.... El edificio en ruinas. Habitación en casa compartida. Muy muy sucia, sin casi ropa de cama...las paredes mal pintadas, todo lleno de polvo. La cocina está toda sucia, platos y tazas sucias, manteles sucios, sin paño de cocina, todo revuelto....un aire acondicionado de mala calidad, alfombras sucias. Ofrece desayuno?? Una nevera un un trozo de queso ya usado y un paquete de jamón abierto de hace varios días, en malas condiciones....dios!!!!! Nunca recomendaría una pocilga cómo esta para venir.... Es increíble que booking pueda ofrecer algo como esto y no retirarlo del anuncio.!!!!!!
We arrive in Venice, we are met by a man in the street, fast, not a greeting, little discourteous, he wants to charge us without seeing the room ... The building in ruins. Room in shared house. Very very dirty, with almost no bedding ... badly painted walls, all full of dust. The kitchen is all dirty, dirty plates and cups, dirty tablecloths, no kitchen towel, all scrambled ... a poor quality air conditioner, dirty carpets. Offers breakfast ?? A fridge a piece of cheese already used and a package of ham open several days ago, in poor condition .... God !!!!! I would never recommend a pigsty how it is to come .... It's amazing that booking can offer something like this and not remove it from the advertisement. !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und man kommt schnell zur Unterkunft ohne lange durch die Stadt laufen zu müssen. Alles ist sehr schlicht, einigermaßen sauber. Zum schlafen reicht es. Das "Frühstück" war während unseres Aufenthalts sehr sperlich. Da sollte man nicht zu viel erwarten. Allerdings ist in der Nähe ein Supermarkt und man hat eine große Küche und kann selber kochen.
The accommodation is close to the train station and you can get to the accommodation quickly without having to walk around town. Everything is very simple, reasonably clean. It's enough to sleep. The "breakfast" was very sparse during our stay. You shouldn't expect too much. However, there is a supermarket nearby and you have a large kitchen and can cook for yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave 5 stars to viva venizia because it s clean, so close to the main attractions and the price is extremely attractive comparately to the other hosts in venizia..Besides I find the host Franco very helpful and friendly..
in a word it feels like home...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit in Venice (and in Italy) felt like home. There is a good kitchen and I was able to cook all my pasta with pesto there. My room was really comfortable and clean, just like the bathroom. Franco is a super simpatic italian guy, always ready to help you. Grazie mille!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived to Venice with a reservation at a hostel which was shut down. Franco hat immediately provided us accommodation when we enquired in person. It felt like staying at your own Italian private home. We had a fully furnished apartment to ourselves, super comfy beds, Franco also provided breakfast in the kitchen and showed us the ropes around the house. Location was also great, close to the main train station, neighbourhood is quiet. Highly recommend it! Grazie Franco!
