 nice place very well stocked and welcoming ..... there is also the professional grooming service that does ines, very nice and capable person ..... our goliath enjoyed it very much and was happy when he came home feeling very nice and clean .... highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si spacciano per dog sitter ma l'unica cosa che fanno è lasciare i cani chiusi in negozio da soli tutto il tempo.
Esperienza pessima che spero non capiti più a nessuno, per questo faccio questa recensione.
A negozio chiuso (domenica) lasciano i cani li da soli e poi ti raccontano che hanno fatto lunghissime passeggiate e sono stati con i cani tutto il tempo

They pretend to be dog sitters but the only thing they do is leave the dogs locked in the shop alone all the time.
Bad experience that I hope won't happen to anyone anymore, that's why I'm doing this review.
When the shop is closed (Sunday) they leave the dogs there alone and then tell you that they have taken very long walks and have been with the dogs all the time

Ma la cosa più importante è che al ritorno a casa non era traumatizzato. Orso, così si chiama il mio cucciolo, era tutto euforico giocoso e molto affamato . Grazie mille e alla prossima. ??. I took my hairy baby to groom today. Ines literally made it magnificent in every detail. From cleaning and cutting the hair to cutting nails. But most importantly, he wasn't traumatized when he returned home. Bear, as my puppy is called, was all euphoric playful and very hungry. Thanks a lot and see you next time. ??.
