The hotel is OLD...THE BEDS HAVE HARD MATTRESSES....THE SHOWER IS UNDERSIZED...BUT I FOUND IT CLEAN! I read bedbug comment from March 2017....I own a bedbug detection and elimination service in my hometown...I put my travel bag on diningroom wooden floor when I got home yesterday....this morning after reading about bedbugs here I put dog on bag to "search".... nothing....thank god.....I'm the last person who wants to bring 'em home! Breakfast was delicious in courtyard. ...cafe latte terrific...I wouldn't stay here more than 2 nights because of uncomfortable bed.

The paint was coming of the walls in the room and bathroom, the room needs serious maintenance and cleaning. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is good, its served in the bedroom during the winter. The bathroom is ok but too narrow, towel heater is turned off because of an energy limit. Location is good. We had to use the tea bottle to hold the TV at the right place because it was a bit loose from the wall.
R	Rian Goolaub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just stayed overnight and weren't there an awful long time, was simply a place to rest our heads during our travels through Venice. Room was small but we weren't expecting much but the shower was pretty damn difficult to use even for us smaller humans. Only real complaint is that my girlfriend said she heard some scurrying in the night and even during the day I could clearly hear something going on inside our walls... Whether or not this is anything to do with management is unsure but it was still a bit unnerving. Nevertheless, if you just want somewhere to put your bags down and rest your head for a few hours on the cheap it's not all that bad. Staff were friendly enough and it's located really well to both the station and center of Venice.
B	Bryan Johnstone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel staff very friendly. Room was great, wifi worked excellent, it had an air conditioner and a small fridge to store things in. After we had checked in the staff came to ask if we liked the room or if we would like to be moved to a bigger one. Whilst the room could have been a little bigger, the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast included too!

G	Grece Kelly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived very late at night but the staff was still very kind explaining about the city and even told us a good spot where we could see Venice from above, and luckily we found it because the view is extremely beautiful! The room is big and clean with a beautiful painting, the bathroom is also very clean. We got a room for three people even when there's just the two of us. And the fact that they delivered the breakfast to our room is really good for us. Overall it's a very nice stay.

The room is very nice with the perfect venizean style. Has AC, mini fridge + an electric kettle. The price is very good and have the plus that is close from the train station which is convenient if you travel with children. Last but not least, the free breakfast is very nice, they offer to bring it to the room or you can enjoy it in the on premises garden. Includes: coffee, milk, hot chocolate, toasts with jam, butter or nuttela. Orange juice, and also some delicious pastries. We found the Ca Due Leoni hotel perfect for us.
