ECCELLENTE Delightful apartments in a quiet area, maximum cleanliness and excellent service. You feel at home "your". Very convenient access to public transport lines. Very good neighborhood, the authentic Venice with bars and restaurants in the fondamenta misericordia. There was no light in the front & back yard completely dark out at night its was difficult to enter in the appartment, it was pleasure staying, location was good appartment was quiet spacious and well equipped.

We are within walking distance to everything we could need...coffee, dining, grocers, wine, etc. Within a short time we had our location figured out. The property manager just adds to the positive features of staying here. The week before we arrived he emailed to confirm. Our flight arrived in Venice at 9:30 in the morning and he yold us he would have the apartment ready to check in right away! He was on site early to register us and check us in. Since we hasnt slept at all is was great to get into the unit early. It has everything you would need from full mosquito screens (even on the doors) to a blind on the skylight. Perfect and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The best feature of this place is its location within a 1 minute walk from the boat station, linking you with the airport after a short stop at murano. The apartment features two beds but no privacy as there are no walls/ doors except for the bathroom which feels a bit damp and run down. You get a kitchenette and a mini garden outside. Be careful with check in times as there is no actual reception desk. Check out you can leave keys behind. No card payment for local taxes due at arrival (and no receipt!). Downstairs bed is really wobbly and noise. The place is dead quiet at night. Be careful with the no handrail staircase. Host was very nice. Noticed the whole complex on sale on idealista.com for €360k.
