★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is far from the city's main attractions like San Marco and Rialto Bridge. Plus, they do not respect their customers or thier check in policies, they wouldn't allow me in after 8:30 PM although thier policy states clearly that the latest check in time is 11:PM. Also, their elevator was not working and I had to carry my luggage up the stairs.

Unfortunately Expedia messed up our reservations, but the staff was extremely helpful and cheerful (Shout out to David, and the young lady who we met initially who spend so much time on the phone to reconcile the situation). The apartment and complex themselves were clean, spacious, and in a great location (quiet, but close to everything). Couldn’t have asked for better housing.
