โ โ โ โ โ Al llegar a la calle no encontrรกbamos la residencia ya que no hay ningรบn cartel que lo indique ... 1 hora dando vueltas ya que la ubicaciรณn estรก mรกs hacia adentro y confunde. Por favor ponga el punto de ubicaciรณn justo en la puerta de entrada a la residencia.
 When we reached the street we could not find the residence since there is no sign indicating it ... 1 hour circling since the location is more inwards and confused. Please put the location point right at the entrance door to the residence.

Shuttle 4.1 or 4.2 arrive from the central p.le Roma station in Venice. Care station or gugli.
Quiet. Pleasant. Includes air conditioning. electric plate. Suitable for Sabbath-keepers. There is also air conditioning. Small kitchenette. Spacious rooms. There is no kettle. And there are power outages if there is a heavy electrical load.

โ โ โ โ โ Modern Two bedroom apartment overlooking a canal located in a residential part of Venice. A 5 minute walk to the nearest boat stop and 10 min walk to the railway station. A great location to experience the locals of the island getting in with their day to day work. This is a far better way to see the 'real venice' well away from the touristic san Marco which is 30 minutes on foot.

โ โ โ โ โ Convenient location, quiet but close to vaporetto stop. Minimalist decor. Very limited kitchen facilities: a small sink, 2 electric stove top burners and no oven, tiny under counter fridge with no freezer, no toaster, no microwave, no toaster oven, and no shelves or cabinets to store food. There were plates and cutlery for 3 only. One knife. No serving spoons or ladles. A one cup espresso coffee pot. The only skillet had scratched and worn Teflon coating, poisonous. So...not convenient for much cooking.
Our apartment had a lovely canal view with a window and a door opening right onto the water. Bedrooms were very small, one had no window except a skylight. Wi-Fi reception was spotty, and unsecured. The hot water heater turned off 4 days out of the 6 we were there, the manager had to come and stand with a stick on the arm of the sofa to turn it back on.
Lovely communal garden, well maintained. The paving stones were set very far apart, a real hazard if you have a cane or wheelchair or walker. Secure gate at entrance.
