Il propietario, gentilissimo, ci ha edotto su tutte le comodità presenti dallo stereo al computer, dalla tv grandissima al lettore Blu-ray e sugli elettrodomestici, addirittura due macchine per il caffè e un cellulare gratuito. Ambiente silenzioso con vista sul canale. Speriamo di ritornare, grazie. 8 Spacious and very clean, the room is very large and the bathroom is large. The owner, very kind, told us about all the conveniences from the stereo to the computer, from the huge TV to the Blu-ray player and on the appliances, even two coffee machines and a free cell phone. C'è un letto matrimoniale e due poltrone letto, ci ha colpito perché è esattamente come mostrano nelle fotografie, abbiamo anche un computer collegato in rete e la WiFi, un sacco di elettrodomestici e frigorifero in camera. Il bagno è privato e si accede dalla camera, la vista è bellissima perché davanti abbiamo palazzo mastelli del cammello. Luoghi pulitissimi e proprietaro gentilissimo tanto che sono venuti a prenderci alla stazione! Grazie! The bathroom is private and accessed from the room, the view is beautiful because in front we have camel mast building. Very clean places and very nice owner so much that they came to pick us up at the station! Thank you

It’s about 1.5km from the centre and off the tourist trail, so it has a more local feeling. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable with a tiny kitchenette shared with Uncle Alvaro, a washing machine, a good bathroom, good WiFi and a super comfortable bed. It’s great if you’re self-catering - there’s plenty of crockery and cutlery, a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. The host Alyosha even provides you with a mobile phone to use while you are staying there and ladies, there is a proper hairdryer and hair straightener!

Good communication with host via what’s app. It was really great to be in a quieter part of Venice away from all the touristy parts. We were able to walk and explore areas that we would never have seen if we were closer to the chaos.
