m	markmcphink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is Amazing! When I go back to Venice I won't consider staying anywhere else. The area is not crowded, it is quiet and peaceful, yet your a one minute walk from the Grand Canal. The breakfast was top notch. The rooms are small, but Beautiful and clean. The King size bed was very comfortable. The best thing of all was the staff. Friendly and eager to help you any way they could. I love Beautiful Venice, but you will run into rude people in Venice who are tired of the tourist, not at his hotel, the staff is downright kind. Considering the Location, Staff, Quality of Rooms, and the cost of staying here, I feel you won't find a better deal in Venice. I highly Recommend it.

The location is not far from the train station and a water bus stop, so getting around is pretty easy. We enjoyed our stay would definitely come back if we have a chance to!

The breakfast which is included was very comprehensive for continental, with some warm items such as eggs and bacon. There were also extensive fresh cakes and pastries, along with cereal, yogurt, and European style cold cuts. There is a 24 hour concierge who will assist with all your needs. We would definitely stay here again.

If you are traveling by train, as we were, the hotel is very close to the train station, a walk distance, 5’. Nice, clean and quite. But the MUST it is the staff : they are very friendly and prompt to help you all times . We just loved this hotel and will come back for sure .

Also a short walk from the drop off location from the airport, meaning only 3 bridges to walk bags over. The neighborhood the hotel is in quickly became our favorite on the island. Sweet local restaurants and shops that we wouldn’t have found without stumbling upon by chance. The staff of the hotel was kind and helpful. Each morning we enjoyed waking up to our breakfast and cappuccino which was delicious, filling, and the perfect start to our day. Our room on the second floor had beautiful rooftop views and was quietly comfortable each night. We look forward to staying again.
K	Kala Koons on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I stayed here on the first leg of our honeymoon. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was charming and comfortable. We were on the second floor so the view was beautiful towards the back of the hotel. The breakfast was well done too with eggs, a version of bacon (which I really liked), several bread options, and some produce, meat, and cheeses. The location worked really well for us as well. It was in a quiet part of town, but was only a 4 minute walk from a water taxi stop, 7 minute walk from the train station, and a 15 minute walk to St. Mark's. There are tons of restaurant/cafes/bars within 5 minutes of the hotel as well. The hotel is difficult to find though, as are a lot of things in Venice due to the maze-like streets. The only "recommendations" I would make would be to add a clock to the hotel room and an exterior sign to make it easier to find. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay again if we return to Venice.

We had a late evening check-in and Georgia was very welcoming, walked us to our room and even recommended an amazing restaurant within walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Highly recommended and will definitely come back!
