Pietro was absolutely the best photographer! I did a solo trip to Venice recently and from the beginning to the very end he was extremely responsive and polite! As far as the actual photo shoot he was than a photographer! He made sure that I was happy, showed me around and told me about some great non tourist spots! He speaks very good English as well( for my English speakers ) I’ll definitely tell friends about him and will do business with him next time I’m in Venice ! Pietro has the best rate and the best service of all the Venice Photographers. He was awesome and he gave us an amazing walking tour through Venice. He was such a pleasure to work with and we felt that we made a new friend after meeting him. His photography was spectacular and on point. Our photos from our experience with him are absolutely priceless. My husband and I used Pietro as our Venice Photographer for our honeymoon. Not only did we get professional quality photos, but we also got to hear about the history of Venice from a local. He even took us to two great restaurants. Once during our shoot for a cup of espresso and again at the end for a classic Venice drink, the “Spritz”. We loved working with Pietro and we highly recommend him!

Pietro is no question the best photographer in Venice!! My fiancé and I recently got engaged and as we were traveling through Italy for a period of time, we decided to have professional pictures done in Venice. After a google-search, we found Pietro's website and were immediately impressed with his portfolio and shooting style. Despite an intermittently rainy forecast, he was very flexible and able to meet us mid-day for the shoot. He was extremely professional, courteous and easy-going throughout.The environment was very fun, relaxed and natural. The shoot itself consisted of walking around the city and either Pietro or one of us would stop once we recognized a beautiful background. We really appreciated his adaptivity and attention to detail. Since this was also our first time in Venice, it was also a great way to walk around, explore and see the authentic parts of the city with a true local. He filled us in with some of the local treasures and traditions. Within the next week we received all of the high quality pictures via google drive. It was October 23rd and it was our 10th Wedding anniversary day, we’d like to celebrate it in the most romantic city in the world and thought we don’t want to miss this precious moment just like that. That’s how it started the idea and we’ve found Pietro Volpato thru Google search. The communication was very clear and all information was very straight and easy to understand, Pietro answer our email within a day or two, always communicative and clear. Pietro met us on the Hotel right on time, took us around Venice and arranged our gondola ride, for us it was not only a photoshoot he brought us walked around and gave us an insight how to see the city from a local and not as a touristic insight. It was a very special moment to be with someone artistic as Pietro in the most romantic city as Venice. The photoshoot went so naturally, we don't feel like we have to pose but it turned into a picture as we were so pro. Pietro is not only a professional photographer but he has an eye of detail and very dedicated to his profession, he knows exactly when the gondola came behind us and in a very short time he jumped to the other side to get a perfect angle. Though we were so tired, Pietro encouraged us to walk to the most beautiful place under the St. Mark’s Basilica, and it was worthed! My husband and I were really happy with how the pictures turns out, so natural and artistic. We’ve got so many compliment from our friends and relatives about our pictures.This is not our first time to Venice but the most unforgettable moment of our Love story. We had an amazing time shooting with Pietro in Venice. He is definitely our go to photographer the next time we're in Venice. He was timely, professional, and was really a perfect addition to our honeymoon trip. I'm glad we decided to book with him. The photos we received were beautiful and high quality. But the best part of working with Pietro was the actual tour part of the experience. We were able to see parts of Venice we wouldn't have made it to without him. Pietro created a wonderful day for my husband and I to capture our anniversary trip to Italy. He gave history lessons and took us to very beautiful sights to take pictures. What a fantastic photo shoot and walking tour through Venice! Meeting a professional photographer in Venice at the end of our vacation was an idea my husband and I wished to realize somehow but what we got in the end was so much more!
