After an hour of searching and still open according to the site, at 4:45 pm, they were already closed and quite unfriendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerne hätten wir die Weberei besichtigt ,aber 60 € pro Person für die Führung hat uns davon abgehalten. Obwohl wir bereits im Gespräch waren mussten wir vor der Türe warten weil ein Journalist der nach uns gekommen war im Schnelldurchgang geführt wurde . Danach erst erfuhren wir von der Kostenforderung. Wir haben abgelehnt.Ein Hinweis auf der Homepage wäre fair.
We would have liked to have visited the weaving mill, but €60 per person for the tour kept us from doing so. Although we were already talking, we had to wait in front of the door because a journalist who had come after us was being passed through in fast forward. Only then did we find out about the cost claim. We declined. A notice on the homepage would be fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The visit to this jacquard velvet workshop is one of the very few experiences you can enjoy in Venice well away from tourists. Your guide is an actual weaver that will explain all the enormous complexity of the manufacturing process, unchanged for centuries. No wonder they produce no more than a couple of velvet feet each day. Reservation required.
