β β β β β Good place to go if you are in Venice and need to replace high value stuff that you would not expect to even find around here. All you do is email for an up-to-date weblink, email an order, allow three days (probably quicker if you are desperate), then collect from the shop in S. Marco. I bought a Manfrotto tripod for more or less the same price as internet sources back home, but noticed that other things (e.g. cameras and lenses) were also available at reasonable prices. Worth knowing if you drop something in a canal.

He has photo cameras, accesories, post cards and pictures in frames from venecia! Real passionate photograph!
He has everything u need. Super friendly, speaks english as well.

Owner usually responses on negative reviews with picturesque stories and tried to bully me. Nevertheless, avoid this place if your demand isn't super urgent.

β β β β β Absolutely incompetent and expensive photo retailer ripping tourist. Avoid this place! Couldn't help replacing a broken filter but still wanted to sell me a new one, ??just to ignore me after I told him I can't use a new filter if the old isn't replaced.
Interestingly two days later I asked a excellent photo shop in Bologna same and got it fixed in minutes free of charge. And of course I bought the new filter there.
Btw, negative reviews getting usually "funny" answers from the owner. Unfortunately that doesn't make the poor experience better.
Don't let him bully you to change your review!
Most likely you have to be in Venice to survive with that attitude.
