★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely little B&B in central location near water bus stop and few minutes ride to both Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's square. Marco the manager is friendly, helpful and courteous. Rooms are typical Venetian style and a simple continental breakfast is included. This budget accommodation is great for a city break in Venice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A perfect affordable place to stay in Venice. Very comfortable rooms and 1 min walk away from river bus station San Toma which is very beautiful. Great location to stay and there is a grocery shop right opportunity to to this place which is open almost up till 10pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good cheap stay, room not to big but just enough for what we need, no window view ( it's Venice what you can see through the window, next building only) good location, close to all places worth visiting, very basic breakfast but it is a free breakfast. No TV but this maybe is on plus side it keeps you out for longer. Very pleasant service, we've been nicely welcomed and received free map of Venice. I can easily recommend this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The B&B was cozy and the host was very hospitable. We ran into him while we were lost looking for a restaurant nearby and he kindly pointed us to the right direction. He also let us leave our bags when we arrived early. The room we were in (bottom floor in the back) was small but certainly enough for two people. The bathroom is separate, but there is a divided between the hallway and the bed/bath to keep privacy. Breakfast was either bread/croissants with ham and cheese or cereal. Coffee and tea were offered as well. Do ask for the door code, as we got locked out when our key to the front door didn't work. I didn't receive it in my Expedia reservation. Luckily, the cleaning lady was there and kindly let us in and gave us the code. The room and bathroom we had was clean enough. Don't expect this to be an amazing hotel. It's more like living in someone's guest bedroom in an apartment. But it's not at all a bad thing, it was certainly worth the low price per night. Overall, no major complaints. It's on the better end of a "you get what you pay for" rental. 4/5 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comfortable property in a great location. A convenient 30 secs walk to a mini grocery store was a few yards from the B&B. Exactly less than a minute walk from the river bus station San Tomà.
The owner was polite and friendly and being a lone traveller visiting friends, en-suite room was very spacious, with a comfortable queen size bed and air conditioning. Room is also cleaned daily.
Breakfast is fairly straightforward. There is no warm food, so don’t expect eggs but cereals, croissant, juice, hot drinks are all catered for.
Overall everything you need in Venice is well suited around you. Perfect location at a convenient price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly Marco has a great B&B with good prices. We enjoyed the breakfast more than we thought we would. He has a terrace full of plants that gets the sun very nicely by 9.30am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess we were paying for the location. Our stay was alright, but we booked 5 months in advance so we figured we would be put in one of the better rooms, but it appears not. The service was good, but the bed was just 2 twin mattresses pushed together and the room itself had very little light so it felt a bit like waking up in a cave. The toilet was comically high and weirdly shaped, very uncomfortable.
