Was actually very impressed by the amuse-bouche, especially the one that looked like an apple but actually contained mullet! The pasta with raw scampi also had a lovely sweetness that melded well with the savoury sauce. Portion control was good. The pickle pre-dessert was interesting. ?
Special shoutout to the staff for their friendly service and on-point recommendation of the Copenhagen Sparkling Tea when we said we didn't drink alcohol. It was so good, we took a photo of the bottle for future reference!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing experience and wonderful service. We did the chefs course with cocktail and wine pairings. They tailored everything to our groups preferences, practically doted on us, and each course was adventurous and delicious. Some of the courses (eggplant tortellini with almond and lemon sauce, lamb with mint and spicy anchovy, a "fake" gherkin in gelee) were the most interesting and delicious things I've had since moving here. Absolutely recommend coming and putting yourself into the staffs hands, you will not be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing!! We did the full experimental / surprise tasting menu and it was completely worth it. The originality and taste were perfect for every dish. We had the privilege to try some very fancy Michelin-starred restaurants while traveling in Italy and Wisteria has so far been superior to all of them... thr ambiance was good looking, refined and modern, without feeling unnecessarily uptight. Finally, service was perfect with the exact amount of time between all the dishes, which isn't easy to time for long tasting menus (we had one last 5 hours 2 days ago...)

What an amazing surprise tasting menu, one of the best we’ve had. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Really delicious and inventive use of ingredients and making them taste delicious!
The only critique is that they don’t offer any butter or olive oil with the lovely bread they serve, which was such a shame.
