β β β β β Absolutely some of the BEST ITALIAN FOOD IN VENICE. Every dish we had was amazing and they even gave us tons of free stuff like wine, cookies, dessert, and the service was on point. The owner was so kind and we will be returning. Everyone should put this place on their bucket list.

β β β β β Really nice traditional restaurant and the food are amazing, my kids are fussy eater, but they were all finished theirs with a thumb up.
Free 2 of homemades of the day were so yummy, and also we got free desserts and free wines.
I have to say this restaurant look after their customers very well. Well done.
Please keep this service! Will be back for next visit!

β β β β β Definitely my favourite place to eat so far at Venice!
First my brother visited and had pasta with sea food, followed by me and my partner and we had carbonara and pesto gnocchi.
Before we left we booked for us to visit the next day as we want to try their seafood dishes.
All options on their menu looked and tasted amazing!
Definitely worth visiting couple of times.
Service is on point!

β β β β β My daughter is gluten sensitive and found this restaurant on Google. We didnβt have a reservation but they seated us right away. The host and all the staff were very careful and conscientious about her gluten sensitivity. The food was fresh and tasty. Very authentic! They were all funny and very friendly. We will definitely be back when we come to Venice.

β β β β β Lovely family-owned restaurant. The food is delicious, the service is excellent. Very cozy atmosphere.We celebrated my daughter's birthday there and the staff was extremely nice to dim the lights and play some birthday music for her. They definitely managed to make her feel special.

Venice is a beautiful city but a lot of restaurants charge absorbent fees for bland food. Skip all of them and go to Trattoria Al Gazzettino for all your meals.
They have gluten-free options (Iβm celiac and had no problems), they have fresh seafood, amazing pizzas, amazing pastas, they have it all. All of their ingredients taste fresh and the chefs really know what they are doing.
We came here for our anniversary and we were not disappointed. Our waiter was friendly, funny, and he made us feel so special even when we were dining close to when the kitchen was closing. I canβt recommend this restaurant enough. The restaurant is romantic. The food is lick-your-plate delicious. The staff go above and beyond.
