★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought 2 large roller suitcases and a backpack. The zippers on one of the suitcases looked off but they insisted they were fine and would last forever. I packed the bag the next day and sure enough the zip inside and the main one both broke immediately. Now they claim it is my fault and won't exchange or repair. To make it worse a wheel fell off too and that too was my fault. These are terribly made, expensive and customer service is terrible.

I like to buy the Piquadro brand and this experience was very unpleasant. I think that people like this saleswoman should not be able to contact customers, even in the case of a less prestigious brand. Offending a customer is the worst thing a salesperson can do.
