★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been a customer for Max Mara for many years, yet I never encouter such a level customer service as today I don't know or it was a language barrier or something else. Yet, the lady who helped me was rude, talked with arrogance, and perhaps we misunderstood each other, yet I lost a wish to buy all the pieces I wanted. I am still quite socked, and I got so unconfortable that I couldn't stay in a shop or express my discomfort. Firstly, she implied they dont do bigger sizes, when in reality they didn't have in a shop, that for obvious reasons makes person feel unconfrotable even if it is a difference between 40 or 42 in European sizes. After such experience you don't want to go back, you don't want to buy anything at all. In my understanding and experience high end brands, ask Miu Miu staff did, when they did not have shoes in my size asked how long I am staying in Venice, to check if it would be possible to bring a shoes in my size before my stay ended, frankly speaking it felt she did not understood what I was asking, or just purely was not in mood. I find this highly disspointing, and still I am amazed that I had this experience in Max Mara's shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I and my family went to Max Mara Venezia San Marco store last Monday and we were all very impressed with the warm welcome from one of the staff, Roberta. We were not locals and went in there near closing hour; but Roberta suggested clothes that could perfectly go with my style and gave useful fashion tips along the way. We received warm welcome from all of the staff, but Roberta’s kind manners and fashion sense were a pleasant surprise during our short but wonderful stay in Venice. I definitely liked what she picked for me and hope to visit there again:)
