Mi è stato risposto con un no secco e tono scortese, da parte di un commesso, perché il capo era datato e loro non fanno quel tipo di servizio.
Ricordo, che il capo era già stato sistemato da loro qualche tempo fa, il che significa che c’è una contraddizione e una giacca di 3 anni, di un certo valore, non si può definire datata.
Dispiace per il resto del personale che negli anni è sempre stato molto disponibile e cordiale.
Entered to ask politely if, PAYING, they could arrange a leather jacket purchased at this point of sale 3 years ago.
I was answered with a dry and rude tone by a salesman, because the boss was dated and they don't do that kind of service.
I remember that the garment had already been fixed by them some time ago, which means that there is a contradiction and a 3-year-old jacket of a certain value cannot be defined dated.
Sorry for the rest of the staff who over the years has always been very helpful and friendly.
