★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had such a wonderful last dinner in Venice here. The waiters were very polite, friendly and spoke perfectly English. The food was beyond what words can describe. Mind blowing delicious. I full heartedly recommend this place.

I booked Hostaria Osottoosopra for my fiancée and me. Easy to find, even with Google Maps in Venice! The restaurant is very nice, warm & tidy with friendly knowledgeable staff.
We ordered some calamari to share for starters, the beef cheek for main, and I had pasta for my main along with a nice bottle of red (recommended by our waiter) and a few glasses of Prosecco & some table water.
Full marks, a really enjoyable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really wonderful dinner here. Authentic and hearty fare for a reasonable price — seafood pasta was really good and my partner enjoyed the bigoli (though even the waiter warned that it was quite salty because of the anchovies, so I'd say it's not for everyone ?). Tiramisu was okay.
Staff were really friendly and joked with us too. Recommend!

Everything was delicious, perfect amount to eat and did not feel heavy in the stomach.
I would suggest reservations (we just did it online the morning of). They turned many people away during dinner time. It is a small place with not too much seating.
We got the artichoke heart with goat cheese, truffle ravioli, beef cheeks with mashed potatoes and tiramisu souffle. Everything presented well and felt good to eat.
Artichoke heart and beef cheeks were my favorite, if I had to choose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is, in my opinion, the best restaurant in Venice.
I've been there with my girlfriend and we were astonished by the quality and the tastiness of what we ordered.
They have a selected Menù but this grants the refinement of what they propose to their customers.
The staff was very friendly, helpful and highly qualified. They helped us in the choice of a wine to match of what we ate hitting the spot.
Every time I will return to Venice I will also surely return here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ some dishes were amazing, some dishes were rather dull. the fish, the ravioli & the artichoke were exceptional. on the other hand, the meat carpaccio & the bigoli pasta weren't as good. the staff was attentive, but they "joked" too much and ended up being very annoying & rude. as soon as we arrived at the place & they saw our covid passes they asked if we were narcos... at first we laughed it off, but this type of "jokes" went on & on. we weren't sure how we felt about this place, cause the food wasn't all great but some of it was very good. however at the end of the night the service and attention we received made us feel like this place is not worth visiting again or recommending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ super tasty dinner in a quiet and cool ambiance. very good and typical dishes for a fair price. staff is very nice and helpful. i had spaghetti with scampi and i was more than happy with my choice, i would also recommend trying the tiramisu, super nice!!
