★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to go. My best friend said it’s the best pizza she had in Italy and she’s gluten free. I loved it. Everything starts amazing with he best ingredients- which they no doubt have. I loved the atmosphere more than the food if that’s possible. Great drinks and good prices. A must go if you are in Venice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been coming to Rosa Rosa for five years and two things are incredibly consistent, the excellent service and the staff. When I say staff I should stress that not just the exceptional customer service, but for the most part exactly the same staff.
Rosa Rosa serve some of the best gluten free pizza not just in Venice but in Italy.
We first came here under the guidance of a gluten free website (long since gone) that said this was the place to be, it certainly is.
The venue is also a popular haunt for celebrities Johnny Depp spent virtually every night here while shooting the tourist, his visits to Rosa Rosa far more entertaining than the film he shot.
If you stumble across this place, don’t consider it, don’t think “I’ll come back later” go in and you’ll be going back every time you visit Venice.

2nd visit if 2022
Having been here last in January, we find ourselves back here on the last day of April!
Still amazing, they got us a seat quickly despite being a busy Saturday night, they served us we speed! And they provided us yet again with delicious food.
Still and will most likely always be my favourite place to eat in Venice and I love the way the whole family work in this business! I should also add they really care about their customers, making extra special arrangements for people with Birthday!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spectacular food, wine and hospitality!!! Rosa Rossa came recommended by my hotel as they said their Italian guests enjoy it, so I am sure to love it (as an American) and it was truly the case.
We made 7pm booking the same day and were grateful to have done so because there were many parties waiting for a table who did not have reservations as we left. I suggest booking a table just to ensure a spot.
The food is based upon quality ingredients and is a chef driven restaurant. My family ordered many dishes, but my favorite was ravioli with turbot fish inside, the broth that came with it was heavenly! The wine list had a nice variety and the restaurant has a full bar.
The hospitality of the restaurant will also stay with my family for a long time as we were treated very, very well. As tourists in Venice, my expectations were not high, but Rosa Rossa exceeded the standards of anywhere in the world and this restaurant would succeed based upon that in any big city, be-it New York, London, LA, Chicago or wherever. Rosa Rossa has the “it factor” and I’m grateful for the meal my family enjoyed there. The staff are versed in English so communication was smooth as well.
