★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a beautiful pair of glasses which did not go well with my skin color. I decided to return the glasses for another pair which were available in a color that I could wear well. I was assured that this would not be a problem. I was planning a trip to Italy and planned to return them in person. My trip to Italy got cancelled and I thought I would never see the new frames that I so desired. Ottica Carraro saved the frames for me (it was a limited collection) and mailed them to me in exchange for the first frames. I couldn't believe it! I get so many compliments on my new frames. They are just magnificent. Thank you Ottica Carro you are the best!!!!

The shapes and colors are very original and the material is very nice. If you are looking for a very special design it is easy to find a style that suits you.
The online and the delivery service are quick and efficient.
I recently bought a few frames and am very pleased about the shape and the quality.

The service was beyond compare, efficient and thorough. I would greatly recommend and I hope to be able to buy more glasses in the future. Better service than in the U.K. Thankyou Alessandro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful service, speed and precision! I was traveling to Venice and had quite a limited time available. They managed to prepare glasses for me in less then 24h! Took a vision test at 16:00 at their place and got an SMS that glasses are ready the next day around 10am. Fantastic!
