M	Mary Tedesco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensavo di trovarmi bene perché avevo fatto degli occhiali x mio figlio,quindi mi sono rivolta di nuovo a loro ho scelto la montatura molto diversa dalla mia solita montatura,molto costosa dopo un mese che portavo gli occhiali son tornata li dicendo che secondo me' mi avevano sbagliato la graduazione delle lenti perché non ci vedevo più e avevo sempre mal di testa!!!!!mi sono sentita rispondere che non posso presentarmi dopo 1mese ha dire che secondo me' mi hanno sbagliato le lenti salutandomi!!!!a distanza di 1 anno e mezzo perché la visita dall' oculista purtroppo in tt gli ospedali a questo tipo di attesa, ieri l oculista mi ha confermato e ripetoooooooo confermato che mi hanno sbagliato le lenti di mezzo grado creandomi problemi con la vista!!!!!!lo sconsiglio umanamente a tt. La ragazza con i capelli corti molto gentile e competente. Siamo stati presi in considerazione dopo 10 minuti che eravamo dentro al negozio, girando a zonzo senza la certezza di poter provare dei modelli a causa delle norme vigenti. Dopo aver chiesto un modello specifico alla commessa, me li ha posizionati sul mobiletto e se ne è andata, non chiedendo nulla ne curandosi se andavano bene o non bene. Giussano si merita 2 stelle, rispetto a Mariano Comense dove sono sempre stati gentili e disponibili. Non-existent customer care. I went in to look at different models and get advice. Giada è stata gentile e molto paziente nell’insegnarmi a mettere le lenti, anni fa avevo provato da un altro ottico ma le mie difficoltà e l’atteggiamento sbrigativo del personale mi avevano portato a rinunciarci, qui ho trovato la giusta attenzione e professionalità. Invece caso vuole gentilezza e risate per i vecchi clienti invece io perché "nuova" bellamente ignorata. Non ci andate!!
