The place is fantastic but I had trouble reaching it because it doesn't match the Google maps address. So many people have had my Google Maps problem please fix this!

An optician I visited because a screw on my sunglasses had come off. Very nice, they did the repair for free. I recommend !

I discovered this optician thanks to the advice of a friend and I am delighted to have listened to it. I went with my 7 year old daughter to get her first eyeglasses, and we had a great time. Kind, helpful and patient !! And super fast in delivery. I will definitely recommend it

Leider haben die Gläser ca. 8 Monate nachher ganz viele Haarrisse bekommen und habe ich die Firma Ottica Matteo um eine Lösung gefragt - nach zwei E-Mails und keinem Entgegenkommen habe ich nichts mehr gehört und sitze nun auf der Brille mit kaputten Gläsern.
Leider kann ich aus diesem Grund keinen Stern geben, da das Service außerhalb des Geschäfts sehr schlecht ist und würde hier auch nicht mehr einkaufen!
I bought glasses while on vacation and I was very satisfied. Unfortunately, the glasses got a lot of hairline cracks about 8 months later and I asked the company Ottica Matteo for a solution - after two e-mails and no accommodations, I heard nothing and now I'm sitting on the glasses with broken glasses.
Unfortunately I can't give a star for this reason as the service outside of the store is very poor and would not shop here again!
