Künftig werde ich einen großen Bogen um das Geschäft machen. I hate when opening hours are not kept, the acceptable goods are supposedly promised, the other looks very thin and the customer is treated as a nuisance to the staff. In the future I will avoid business.

Sono stati prontamente disponibili ad accogliere alcune mie specifiche richieste di variazione; ho addirittura avuto la necessità di modificare l’indirizzo di consegna quasi all’ultimo momento e anche questa esigenza è stata soddisfatta senza il minimo problema. Comunicazione via e.mail rapida ed efficace. Prezzi senz’altro onesti! Insomma, solo impressioni positive! Si percepisce una elevata dose di professionalità al passo con i tempi! Ho portato la mia ragazza a Venezia (siamo entrambi di Torino) per un'occasione importante e son riuscito a concordare per telefono forma, dimensioni e colori del bouquet, facendolo recapitare direttamente al ristorante! Sono pienamente soddisfatto! Fresh and beautiful flowers! Roberta knows how to compose wonderful decks and she is very kind! I took my girlfriend to Venice (we are both from Turin) for an important occasion and I managed to agree on the shape, size and colors of the bouquet by telephone, sending it directly to the restaurant! The simply are not capable of doing much beyond the smallest and simplest jobs. Throughout the entire process, they were unenthusiastic and simply did not listen to what we wanted. I can't tell you how many times we had to repeat instructions. We were charged thousands for displays that were either dead or that we had to design ourselves. They were so incapable that we were the ones that had to tell them the number of flowers/vases etc that they had to order, and drew a plan for them, not because we are demanding, but because they were simply incapable of getting it right. Displays on the day were done more cheaply that had been paid for. Given the other reviews, I would stay away from this company for anything other than the buying a cactus in a pot.
