★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cortesia telefonica ...ma servizio decisamente da migliorare. Ho telefonato ad ottobre per un preventivo per servizio di giardinaggio a Venezia e mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero chiamato di li a qualche giorno per un sopralluogo, "poichè impegnati"... Richiamo alla fine di novembre solo perchè fino ad oggi mi pareva scorretto saltarli -visto che mi avevano spiegato il motivo- e mi sento dire di: "rivolgermi ad altre ditte perchè hanno troppo lavoro".. beh buon per loro! A me, hanno solo fatto perdere tempo. Due stelle, solo perchè una sarebbe fuorviante.
Telephone courtesy ... but service definitely needs improvement. I phoned in October for a quote for a gardening service in Venice and they told me that they would call me a few days later for an inspection, "as they are busy" ... Call back at the end of November only because until today it seemed incorrect skip them - since they had explained the reason - and I am told to: "contact other companies because they have too much work" .. well good for them! To me, they just wasted time. Two stars, just because one would be misleading.

Non abbiamo trovato una grande accoglienza, né assistenza, né competenza.
